Met with the doctor two days ago and had an incredible experience. Was sent right away for a chest xray was told that result would be received the following morning. After being told that yes the results were received but they were too busy to read them and to call back later. I wait for several more hours and then called again before 5 pm on a Friday. The MA that I spoke with was beyond rude, I was basically told to stop talking, lectured on healthcare protocol, and then when I asked questions or requested further medical assistance, she treated me like I was a complete idiot. I am a well educated person who works in healthcare. Due to her beyond poor treatment, I will never return to this clinic for healthcare. Patients, please proceed with caution. Hearing this woman say that I was not a priority, that they could call me back, and never did is not the type of care I chose to accept. This medical assistant needs to take a class on how to address customers and how to be kind. If this is the type of staff that they chose to employ, I will definitely go elsewhere in the future.

Had an appt with Clara from Healthy U. It was a very positive experience. I needed to fast to have bloodwork done, so came back the next day for it to be drawn at their office. Barely any wait time and their office is 5 minutes from home, so all in all it was very positive.

I sent my husband here who is having severe breathing issues which had been effecting him for nearly a month. They suggested he might need hospitalization, but to wait until they read the xray and marked the reading as high priority… or so we were told. The next day, about 30 hours after being seen, they still had not read the xray and asked us to stop calling for results. Client care and management was very poor. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I expect better from people who have taken the hippocratic oath. He is still not doing better and they clearly do not care.

As always my experience with Clara Goodman was excellent, she’s very confident in her abilities to help with finding the best avenues to handle the issues. I would highly recommend her for her advice and expertise in her field.As for her bed side manner, she’s better than the invention of sliced bread ?.

Clara is wonderful! She has excellent bedside manner and listens to all questions and concerns. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The medical assistants were very nice and answered all my questions as well. The office is also clean and neat.

Update: Met with Clara for a follow up and again, I had an amazing visit. She again addressed all my concerns and listened to what I had to say. I went to my visit on my lunch and was able to get in and out with labs included and still made it back to work on time. The staff is always very friendly, the office is clean and just overall very great office! Thank you Clara and staff!Had an appointment with Clara and she was awesome! Very good provider. She listened and addressed my concerns. She answered all of my questions and it truly did feel like she cared. Now days that’s rare because some providers just rush you out but that wasn’t the case here. The MA was also the sweetest. They both made me feel comfortable. Another plus is they do labs in this office so you don’t have to go sit and wait for labs at Sonora or lab corp. 10/10 recommend!

Okay, I called to get my blood pressure pills refilled which required a doctor or assistant to get filled. The price I was told was $80 up front and then anything extra like lab work would get billed to me. I never received any lab work and I was probably out in 20 minutes. Everybody was friendly. However I get a bill in the mail to make my total bill almost $500!!!What?!?!? What happened to the $80 charge??After receiving my bill I felt totally misled. No mention at all on the phone or in the office that this would cost me $500!! Both times I was told $80 plus any extras which seems very reasonable, however I did not receive any extras. I don't have insurance. I did the same thing at CVS pharmacy with lab work for a total of $160 last year.
