We cooked some Lamb loin chops on the smoker, and they had to be the best I have ever had! The quality of the meat was excellent! We can't wait to try the ground, and the sausage. Will definitely be ordering more soon!

So happy to have found this great, local, family owned farm who raises their animals humanely and feeds and finishes with GRASS and never GMO Monsanto Corn and grains. Can't wait to order a whole cow! Keep up the great work. Thank you for what you do for our Gilbert community!
