Terrible. Ripped off initially for the truck I purchased on the sale price, dealer added accessories etc. (partly my fault) Then given a bad sell rate on the interest rate so they could make money there. Also bought the extended warrant under the impression they were a family owned dealer that would take care of issues, but I called service dept and they REALLY don't want you coming here for things covered under warranty. Told to drop off my truck and nobody will even look at it for two weeks, then the approval, then fix. Who can be without their truck for over a month for a simple mirror motor issue? Def would not recommend, they act like they are a small town family dealer, but are pretty ruthless. NEVER AGAIN and I do plan to buy another GMC in the near future. Their loss.

Dwayne Champion was amazing to deal with! He worked so hard at getting a deal that worked for us. He was kind, patient and so informative throughout the entire process. His customer service was top notch and I'm grateful for how pleasant he made our experience.

Dealer made sure that to vehicle i wanted to purchase was available and quickly lined up a buyer for my trade in; transition through finance dept for a car i was paying cash for was a little bumpy but successful in the big picture.

Joe always does a great job. I was very disappointed to hear that GMC isn't doing anything about my paint problems. I've gone online and found some stuff that is talking about, once again GMC is having paint issues. I have a few places were my paint is coming off in chunks, why does GMC not take care of their costomers. Not sure I will ever buy another GMC pickup, this is my second GMC pickup to have paint issues. Please let me know if there is anything Henry Brown is doing for it's costomers on this issue.
