New, clean, friendly staff, nice little pool, laundry mat, great morning buffet (something for everyone) Environmentaly helpful "green" no maid service needed ( if staying more than 1 night) you can hang on the door but there's always a maid/stocked cart or someone to help around. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It's smaller hotel, Affordable. brand new and modern.Fireplace outback, where you can sit outside. And there's a designated smoking area for a smoker's! with a bench! A little meeting room places with computers, small sitting area & dining area.Save the doors were locked down by 10 PM only can enter through lobby entrance.Walmart is a couple blocks away. There's a gas station across the street. Many other businesses within walking distance.I will stay again!Oh and right next to the airport.

We had a great stay. All of the employees were extremely helpful and welcoming but especially the breakfast crew. It was a joy seeing positive, cheerful people first thing in the morning. We will definitely stay here again. The location is great for shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was nice, the manager very friendly and the breakfast was great. Our problem was we booked the room through Expedia for two nights, but had an injury issue and couldn't stay the second night. Called expedia first thing in the morning and was told they would help with it, asked the guy at the front desk and he didn't think we would be able to get reimbursed for the second night, but since Expedia said they would help we decided to check out. I started asking early in the morning and we checked out by 9am. Then found out a couple days later Expedia wouldn't help us since we paid the hotel directly. I was even asking if we could just get a credit or a voucher for another stay if we couldn't get a refund. That was alot of money wasted so will never use expedia again and probably not this hotel either.

The service was good and efficient. The location was prime for me. The water pressure was not the best. Overall good stay.

The young man with curly hair that checked us in was very helpful, friendly and courteous.The room were nice, very comfy beds.The bathroom was nice with a walking shower. The location is good for attending events at the big sports park near by.

Can I just thank everyone of your staff that gave me a clean and safe place to stay when I came into town. I was there to say goodbye to my mom. I can't thank you enough for making me feel like I was home. Your support was appreciated. I will only stay at your hotel when coming to Mesa. God bless all you.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. It was clean and we felt very safe. The staff were so accommodating and kind. We’d like to give a special shout out to Zach, Zuliely, Karitna and Leo. The breakfast was great! This is a newer hotel and the lighting in the room and linens were perfect. This is our new go to place during our travels. It was a perfect place to stay!Rooms: Clean and spacious. The lighting was amazing unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at and couldn’t see a thing.Nearby activities: Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby.Safety: Great neighborhood and well lit.

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. For once I didn't feel nasty about my baby crawling on the floor in my room. THANK YOU. Really a simple stay with just what I wanted- cleanliness and a great breakfast! ?

This hotel is excellent for a business traveler working out of Mesa-Gateway airport. There is a grocery store within walking distance, a nice pool, and a comfy bed. Definitely will come back here and recommend to my co-workers.

Service is horrible! Had to keep checking with the front desk to check in even after check-in time. Guy at the front desk could care less about you. He kept saying our room wasn't ready. Room service took 3 hours after multiple calls to the front desk to bring us towels and pick up trash. Trash wasn't picked up. The lady who took the towels refused to take trash. Facilities and rooms are great! Service isn't!

This hotel is top notch for the price. Everything is clean and fresh rooms are on the larger size. Beds are comfortable and the morning breakfast was great for our family! Holiday Inn really is such a great option!

Was so happy with many parts of our stay. Stay often in Holiday Inn locations. Though not all staff was overly accommodating - there were a few amazing humans! Madriana was awesome, very hospitable. Bill at breakfast - he made our stay. What a kind, happy and witty man! We absolutely loved him. Few customer service reps made us feel unwelcome when we asked for extra amenities, i.e. towels. That was unfortunate. Corey was awesome, friendly and helpful.Overall a good stay for this diamond member of IHG.Nearby activities: ShoppingWalkability: Yep
