Went to clearance section found a rug for 15 dollars. Some how when I was shopping tag fell off when I got to cashier she call some guy and he made a huge deal wouldn’t honor price .wanted me to pay full price but the rug was on clearance and not my fault tag felll and they can’t find the clearance price . I am sure these happens to other shoppers they should have a way to look up what’s on clearance. Instead making people feel like ur lying or u took tag of or whatever. . Just not right .

I love shopping at this t.j Maxx.. They have everything especially with it being connected to home goods. My only problem is the insane check out line that is always extremelyyyy long. Half the time I end up putting back everything I got because of not being able to wait in the checkout line for 30 minutes even though the employees are always kind and try to move as fast as they can.

This store always has long lines on the weekends. It is so frustrating to see the cashiers not get any help from their Management. It's always, "that's Homegoods" or that's "TJ Maxx." It's one building owned by the same company. Stop making your cashiers chase people and just help them! I saw a Manager make a cashier chase after someone else for a question about a reusable bag price because it's a "Homegoods" thing. The bag literally said "TJ Maxx" on it. Whatever this BS is about technicalities doesn't make sense, and makes the Management look incompetent. I feel bad for the cashiers. No wonder the lines run long.

I couldn't find what I was looking for because the store was not kept organized and everything was like people just threw stuff everywhere. They had some good prices but once again they don't do. No good if you can't find what you're looking for.

Today decided to got to home goods on baseline/Gilbert right at opening 9:30am. Waited for 5 minutes with 15 other customers for a lady to come out and tell us that they cannot open cause they are not done with inventory! No apologize for your inconvenience…just we might open 30 to 60 minutes from now!! We all have jobs and not asking an ass 💋 but a little courtesy goes a long way!! This place always has the worst wait for check out!! Trust me it worth driving any extra 10 minutes to another store!!

Shelves well stocked. Found items we liked but left, the checkout lines were like pre Christmas.

They have a great selection however the waiting line is always wrapped around the store with only 3 cashiers (about a 25 minute wait to pay) and only 1 of 3 women's restrooms was usable (one had paper everywhere and another had the toilet paper dispenser on the floor. They need a lot more staff and it'd look a lot better on their part if the managers instead of standing around actually did something to support their staff or help customers.

Did not like this combined home goods tj maxx store. One line for the entire store. It was a huge ridiculous line. Casher we had was the rudest person I've ever had at a register. I thanked him and told him to have a nice evening and he ignored me. My daughter checked out next, she also thanked him and said have a good night and nothing but angry face from him. He doesn't belong working with people if he's going to be so miserable.

I realized that the associates are required to ask if you want a credit card. The lady that helped me said “ you will be able to apply 20 % to your purchase and you can use it any time no expiration date.” I thought to myself that a good deal I can buy a big purchase for all the Christmas gifts and get a really nice deal. So she asked for my info and I completed it and got approved. She walked to I assume her manger and talked for a little came back and said “ I am so sorry it does have a expiration date , it’s only available for one month and it’s only 10% not 20%” i understand the company wants them to get credit cards but TJMAXX needs to also do training so the associate know their products, the details of the products and doesn’t give false information to customers. I feel completely used by TJMAXX I feel like I have scammed. I am evening considering reporting this to the state. Think about it - you are applying for a credit card with someone who doesn’t understand anything, isn’t trained to know product , is not a licensed professional in banking / finance. How is this legal?!
