I've been shopping at HT for over 20 years, and it's nice that my kids now enjoy coming here. The staff here are the highlight. They are always so kind and helpful, and go out of their way to assist customers. I like picking up my online orders in-store, and returns are very easy to make.

The other day I went to shop with my friend, we were rudely followed around the store by someone named “June” this person demanded we grab other items instead of asking, the whole situation was extremely uncomfortable and made me and my friend think about not returning, we were forced to buying items we did not want nor need as we were told to “grab something else” multiple times even after we had politely declined multiple times, just a very sour experience with someone who was overly pushy.

Great customer service... And the body jewelry I bought was top notch. 🫶 Even though I got the wrong size. Lol... 🤣🤣🤣 But the team was awesome and quickly helped me fix the issue. 😜

Amazing customer service ? ? I enjoy going to San Tan Villiage Hot Topic. Wonderful environment, big inventory and if I can't find what I'm looking for they always help me order it. I mostly order for store pick up just to come in.

My husband and I were in this location this evening to buy some plugs and Ash was super helpful and friendly. Usually when we go into this location we are basically ignored (which doesn’t bother me at all fyi), but today we encountered Ash who went above and beyond. She had excellent customer service and communication skills! Seriously a top-notch worker! We really appreciated her! Please recognize her for her hard work and kindness!
