I called multiple times to confirm my online appointment that they were supposed to reach out to confirm. Their system hung up on me each time after having me on hold for 10 minutes. Will not use.

I received an oil change, the technician did not bolt the skid plate back on. As I drove out of the parking lot it fell to the ground scaping and denting it. I immediately returned, the shop was closing so it was difficult to get help. Chandler was extremely rude, cursing, explaining how it was my fault and was no help at all. Mario, who was off the clock was helpful and did what he could do with the business being closed. He was able to tuck the plate back up so it didn't scrape anymore. This allowed me the time to return during regular business hours. Unknown how the outcome will be... To be continued

I was not intending on stopping by. I was getting ready to fill my tires with air. A young man named Mario came out and offered to fill my tires and helped out tremendously. He filled all my tires to my vehicles specified pressure. All while having excellent customer service and knowledge. I will be going back to have my vehicle serviced. Great work Mario!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYThe lady inside the gas station was not helpful at all when I simply asked where to go for the oil changes. When I finally figured out after asking two very unhelpful people where to go, the mechanic asked why I went the wrong way in a mocking way then ended the interaction by sensually sticking his tongue out at me. There is easily a 20+ year age gap. No one was helpful or kind. Would not reccomend to anyone.
