Went to get my car washed today (11/9/2025) and have typically had a good experience here. It was not so today unfortunately. One of the person drying my car kept walking around it and using a rag to dry but often was in conversation with another employee. One corner of my car was wiped down several times by him. When I left and got home, my car had water spots all over it. I had to get out a cloth to go over my car again after just leaving the carwash. This is not how I want to spend my time especially since it was just washed. It is hard to find a good carwash and sadly I think I may have to start looking for another one. I was at this carwash earlier in the week and wanted to give it rave reviews as they felt my truck was not cleaned as it should have been (one employee took photos of my truck to document this). Maybe it is the weekend crew as I usually go during the week. Not pleased due to my car having water spots all over it and the extra work I had to do when I got home.

These guys do a great job & I love the Wednesday specials! They take care of my car everytime...Deontay up front is awesome & Jonah, one of the managers is GR8, awesome customer service with a smile everytime! đ

First time at Jackson's today. I most definitely will return. Had a full service wash. Dionte (sp?) got things started and Julian and Luke finished the job. Professional, friendly, and thorough from beginning to end. And most importantly, I left with sreak-free windows and no water spots!

I've been taking my car in here for quite some time. In the beginning it was great, but overtime i notice my car was getting less and less into the details like they used too. Last time I took my car in was last week, got a $50 wash expecting to be a BIT better than the other washes. Nope, if anything it was a similar quality compare to other washes. They didn't even get all the plastic for the shine, my front bumper was LITERALLY half wiped only, I still see some left over wax spots over my windshield which can be seen throughout the week. Had to use my windshield wipers with water to even clean it up. After that, it reminds me not to let anyone clean my car but myself. Most likely won't be coming back

Went in with a Henry brown coupon for a wash and they said it only covers the outside and that the inside is an additional $100.00! Go to Tomâs on Ray and power. This place is garbage.

They had a windshield salesperson try to come into my car for the duration of the carwash so he could sell me on the windshield replacement. This is a complete invasion of privacy. You have no right to enter a customer's vehicle. I was there for a carwash; that's it! If you are reading this and the same has happened to you, and it made you feel uncomfortable, you should also voice your concern!

We bring both our trucks to Jackson's for washes on a regular basis. During our visit today, we were initially told that we would not be able to bring the truck through the tunnel due to the height and it being muddy at the time we entered the tunnel. We drove around and talked to the manager Kiera about both the wheel caps that came off during our last visit and being told we needed a hand wash and mud removal versus a tunnel wash. Kiera was able to address all our concerns in a friendly and professional manner and they were able to get our truck sparkling clean. She took a prior bad experience and less than great current experience and turned it around to make sure that we would continue to be loyal Jackson's customers for all our wash and detail needs. I recommend that anyone with a truck or lifted truck bring it to this Jackson's. The tunnel team do a great job with initial prep including an initial soapy mitt rub down and tire scrub. I don't always use the interior cleaning post wash, but I have done an interior detail and that was awesome as well.

Great experience ! In this economy a full service car wash is a treat ! I took advantage of their Wednesday deals and my car looks great ! Plus every single worker I encountered was so kind even in the oddly humid day for AZ . Fun treat too - free small fountain drink included ! Great deal and great service

I specifically asked Jackson's to give me an exterior-only hand wash on my brand new car and to not do anything inside because, as a new car, it didn't need it. They verbally confirmed what I asked. But what did they do? They wiped the entire interior with an oily spray that deeply embedded a disgusting berry scent into my leather, without my consent, KILLING THE NEW CAR SMELL. As any new car owner knows, new car smell is something you hold on to as long as you can. Yet just 200 miles in, the incompetent idiots at Jackson's committed gross negligence and made my new car feel like a cheap salvage attempt of a 1980s junk car, complete with oily leather. DON'T RISK DAMAGING YOUR CAR HERE. AVOID JACKSON'S AT ALL COSTS.

they were going to charge me $75 for a hand wash that was âusually 100â just for my car to be in worse condition then it came in.. this place obviously doesnât wash any of their towels because every single one of my windows and windshields was left streaky, they left a chip in my paint, and dry soap ALL OVER my car. they also told me i was âgood to goâ when they didnât even have my keys and were unable to locate them for a good 5 minutes. most definitely the worst experience iâve ever had at a car wash. i donât know if because they lowered my price to $50 they thought it was okay to do a shitty job on my car or if theyâre this terrible with every car they wash, but iâll never be back
