Arrived for a simple oil change with couple of online coupons in hand. Not much greeting or instruction so just waited inside. For 10-15 minutes no one talked to us. No prices posted anywhere. One customer ahead me was charged $123 (something wrong with skid plate so couldn’t do oil change) and unhappy customer mentions $20 off and the manager/owner says to the customer “You alright? It seems like you have an attitude.” That explained the non-positive vibe at the place. Finally they called my name and they have done the oil change without asking about any options which was a first for Jiffy Lube. Turned down the usual filter change offer. Finally ask how much it is, he says $90. After $25 off coupon, came out to $75. The math didn’t add up but by this time I said I am not coming back to this place anyway. The guys other than the manager/owner guy seemed nice enough, but would not recommend this place if you want friendly, professional service.

I went in to get specifically an oil change and they said the wait would be about 40 minutes before they could get to me which was fine, there were a couple people ahead of me. After waiting one of the mechanics came up to the counter with my air filters which I had never asked them to change, I denied and he tried to sell me windshield wipers which I also never asked for. Other than that they were pretty nice and got it done quickly, only took about an hour and thirty to forty minutes with 3-4 cars ahead of me

I didn't get an oil change, But I had these guys check some previous work done by a Jiffy Lube in Portland. They were able to get underneath it and identify a leak I had from a previous mechanic. They were quick and knowledgeable and helped me a great deal.

Terrible customer service, my car was sitting ready to go for over an hour with no communication or care to let me know it was ready. On top of that, the employee who helped me couldn’t even hold a simple conversation and was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Not the greatest visit. I’ve been to this location multiple times with multiple vehicles. Guy “scanned” the VIN couldn’t find the history no biggie but then took my name & phone# as I was paying and never looked me up. I also didn’t get the Veterans discount which is why I go there and the prices are way higher than before I go there to make it easy but worth going back and changing my own oil on the future. Work was ok. But the vibe and experience mixed with prices are the reason for mediocre score. Also I don’t think they even said hello or thanks for coming not a big deal but damn I just overpaid for an oil change lol.
Edit: just an FYI for anyone reading they never reached out to me as the "response from owner" said they would.
