Horrible, the whole waiting room was full, I waited for 35 minutes for them to send me to Sonoran. There computers were down.

We waited 3 weeks for an appointment for my daughter. We get there and are told that they don’t have any butterflies (baby needles) and that they haven’t had them for a long time and don’t know when they will. Was also informed that I “don’t need an appointment” as if I will voluntarily wait in the waiting room with a 1 year old for an undetermined amount of time😅 Why are people allowed to make pediatric appointments if you cannot accommodate them?

I recently needed blood work and chose Labcorp on S. Greenfield Road in Mesa due to its convenient location and my insurance coverage. While finding the location was a bit challenging due to the lack of clear signage from the road, the experience inside exceeded my expectations.
I made an appointment ahead of time via their website which was simple and intuitive. Upon arrival the check-in process was quick and easy at the kiosk. I only had to wait a few minutes before being called back. They actually called me back about five minutes early which was a nice surprise. The technician, a friendly student, was prompt and efficient. The blood draw was painless, and the entire process was completed quickly.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Labcorp location for your blood work needs. The staff is professional and courteous, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. Just be sure to look out for the entrance as it might not be immediately visible from the street.

Front desk is not helpful. Instead will make you feel inadequate to complete a task. Kiosk was not able to check me in and stated to find help.

WHY???? There’s a review from ONE MONTH AGO! Update this location! How ridiculous is it that they close fairly early on working days and I get here 30 mins before close only to find a paper sign saying they moved at LEAST one month ago??? And of course the closest location is conveniently located next to a closed road. This is 2024 people.

need a better account manager or some that at least knows how to use their own portal and they never send labs when ready Your business is bringing a bad name to the industry.. This is a review for LabCorp as a whole not one location

They've been closed due to construction. As to when they'll reopen, I have no idea. I've scheduled an appointment on their website and this is the second time I've wasted my time driving here.
When you call they're supposedly open. Their website claims they're open.

This location is permanently closed. Seriously LabCorp, how hard is it to remove your business from Google maps, and removing every trace of your company's name from the office building you're leaving? Your name is still listed on the building's directory, carrying a wheelchair patient all the way to the 2nd floor only to find out you're no longer here! I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience. I made my appointment online, scanned my barcode when I arrived. The building is a bit old. The gal who drew my blood, I believe her name was WENDY, was amazing! I used to go to quest labs and they stabbed me several times and I have to come back another day. She found it her first try! Lovely.

Absolutely terrible office, go to any other location! Scheduled my appointment a week in advance, got all of the confirmation and reminder messages. Less than 3 hours before my morning appointment I received a text message saying the office will be closed and my appointment has been cancelled and will need to reschedule.

What a joke of s place. I have s broken foot and had to walk in to two different locations and they both were closed with no warnings . Place makes me sick and now i hear they spread hiv and thats why they moved ! Sicking
