Don't shop here! Go somewhere else or get what you need on Amazon. This joke of a business definitely does not care about their customers and make it obvious that they don't need the business. The manager, Phillip, was not only not helpful, he wasn't knowledgeable and was extremely dismissive and rude. Amazon has better prices and less attitude. If you need help go to the Leslie store on Gilbert and Baseline.

The manager, Phillip, is rude and dismissive. When we asked for help it was as though we were bothering him. He sold us the wrong product because he wanted to rush us out of the store and when I went to return it his response was "too bad complain to someone else." Don't shop here! Go to the other location on Gilbert Rd or Amazon.

I have had my pool for about 50 years. For the last umpteen years, I have had Leslie's replace the sand in the filter every five years. They provided great service. On that schedule and based on my previous great service with Leslie's I decided to use them again to replace the sand at this time. That was a month ago, and I am still waiting for laterals replacement and sand replacement. I get the run around when going into their stores, and their phone system does not allow me to talk directly to the service department or to any human. The last straw was today when a service man finally on his way to deliver new sand told me that I had to come into their store and prepay for the laterals. Doing the past month of trying to deal with them, no one told me that I had to prepay. I could have done that. I now have the job of finding one of their competitors to use for sand and lateral replacement instead.
