Location, staff, access, and original online cost were fantastic!
I paid upfront for 16 months at a very reasonable price, but because I was still not quite ready to move my belongings at the end of that time my month to month rate climbed drastically.
I did not appreciate the corporate policy of raising monthly rates especially when new online rentals of my same sized unit could be had for $150 less than what I was paying.

Got a clean 10x30 unit in a safe location. Even better, Bryan and Mitch were extremely patient and courteous and helpful with getting me setup with the promotional web rate.
***UPDATE***
Two 10x30 units and nearly two years later, I finally loaded my belongings into a rental truck and moved out of state. I had absolutely no issues with my belongings or the facility for the duration. I was out-of-town for most of this year and never worried about the security of my belongings. The facility was clean I had access to the facility whenever I needed it.
The assistant manager went above and beyond to make my 3-day move out as painless as possible. From taking steps to make my frequent entry and exit as smooth as possible…to keeping an eye out to make sure I was hydrating and didn’t overextend myself; I truly truly appreciated him. His kindness and consideration was a great reflection of management’s care for the customers.
I would absolutely use this facility again and would recommend it to anyone!:

The move-in was super easy, and after-hours access is a game-changer for people with traditional work hours. I can stop by after work or on weekends. The staff is friendly and professional. It provides safe and climate-controlled storage in a clean environment with a friendly atmosphere. The unit prices are very reasonable, and the sign-up and cancellation processes were straightforward. Thank you Mitch & Jared ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
