I am a long time customer of Extra Storage back to when it was Uncle Bob’s. Mina is the best manager I have had in all my years there. She could not have been more helpful, kind, compassionate, and supportive through the changing of my unit to a smaller one. She was quick to get back to me with any questions or concerns I had and made this pretty much impossible move run incredibly smoothly for me. And she did it with compassion and kindness that you don’t see a lot of nowadays. Thank you Mina for everything. 😊

I went into this storage facility to ask about rates and see if the property manager could get me connected to a district manager because of issues at the facility I was renting from. I thought there would have been credibility but I was wrong. I should have known that she would look up my name and phone number to call the property where the issues were occurring and give that manager a heads up. Probably not a good idea as a property manager to get yourself involved in a customer situation that doesn’t concern you. The request was simply to ask a DM to call me, not contact the other property manager. And you had no business or permission to look up my personal account to find out what property I was from.
Yep, my property manager disclosed this to me after she falsely accused of going from store to store spreading rumors about a a different employee who had multiple complaints from customers. I went to ONE store, yours and was falsely accused. I don’t tolerate lies, which is why I came back a second time and recorded my conversation with you. Remember how I asked if the DM was a female and you said no. Remember where you stated that I barely shared any information about the situation. Yep, people only record when they have to and I felt as though I had to record in order to protect my personal reputation.
A recording was taken of the property manager admitting to having a conversation with you. It was sent to her DM and he was notified about your inappropriate and very unprofessional communication. The negative feedback wouldn’t have been left if you had stayed out of the situation and let the DM handle it. Best advice of the day, don’t get your nose involved in a situation that has no concern to you.

I stored some things for a couple of months. Rent was cheap and the process of getting and turning in the unit was super easy.

Mina was sweet and kind and explained everything thoroughly. ❤️ Never had such amazing service at a storage company. Came to pay my unit and she was able to reduce our unit fee and we were able to pay 6 mos down

This was my first experience with Extra space storage. Wow what a great representative you have for your company. I walked into the office and met the manager Mina. From the time I walked in she had an answer to every question I had. Explained the differences and option of 3 different units with no crazy upsell just pleasant conversation. I got exactly what I wanted and my daughter is headed there in the morning to switch over to you guys as well.. Thx again for an all around great experience.
