Invisible until payment. I picked out my own items. None of the staff standing around gave me the time of day. Would give you one star but the cashier was FANTASTIC. Friendly and professional. Set me up for next day delivery. But even with him I won’t be back.

Absolutely unprofessional service!We purchased so many items for such a big amount of money and got unprofessional service back. They messed up with our delivery multiple times , they messed up with sofa , with the purchasing additional dresser , messed up with dragging on pillows. And received rude attitude on helping center. We are in touch with them every single day and they still can’t accomplished their basic job. I’ve never had the worst service in USA. And I understand if furniture would cost these amount of money, but it doesn’t ! they charge way too high for average furniture.. and we steal paid a lot for additional service. it’s been two weeks and I am still waiting for two pillows which were supposed to be dropped off a week ago. This is the last time I’m working with this company, and won’t recommend anyone to purchase there.

This was my first time visiting the store. I've been looking online for a sofa for a few months now. Today I also found a table and chair set that seats 4. I tried getting a pre approval and was approved. Then applied for a card. And OMG! I was approved?. So! I visited the store today to make my purchase. Jordan is the one that helped me get everything set up. She was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and so patient. She answered all my questions and concerns.Jordan… You’re AWESOME ?Thank You So Much Linda Sue Cimorelli

A terrible scam of a company. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.Not only is the quality of their products not nearly as good as they claim, they will deny all or nearly all warranty claims. Read the fine print, look at other reviews, and search online at BBB, Reddit, and the like. Our experience, like many others, was that the sales rep will promise up and down that their extended warranty covers everything from wear and tear to intentional damage (like rowdy kids). But when you file a claim, the fine print will exclude nearly everything up to and including accidents. It therefore functionally covers nothing.We had an obvious tear in our couch, after their warranty team ghosted us, I contacted the location where I purchased our furniture. A couple days later we got a prompt denial because it's "normal wear and tear".I know this review will get one of their automated responses for us to reach out to them, but we all know the reply is only to look like they're doing right by customers when in fact, they will do nothing.

Bought a $2000 bed frame from LS about 7 months ago. While the whole set is 350 lbs, the support frame is made with the cheapest lumber possible, so the headboard support snapped. Contacted the Warranty team and was informed there would be additional fees to fix the bed as well as we would have to discard of the broken headboard ourselves. After inquiring about what those fees would be, I was ignored and never received a response or an update. LS will make the sale quick, but will ghost you if anything is wrong. Would give this place 0 stars if I could, will never purchase furniture from LS again.

Beatriz and Maritza were awesome to work with. Didn’t take long at all. We customized to our liking and entire couch, pillows and ottoman. Price actually was reasonable we shopped around and for quality, it’s worth it and the customer service makes us want to continue to shop here for other pieces for our home.

We had a great experience at Living Spaces in Gilbert. Beatriz was awesome in store, and Martin and the delivery team came on time, and got everything set up and put together really quickly. Will definitely use them again!
