Went in to find a gift for some vendors helping me with a pop up event. Mickey helped me pick out the cutest bath bombs and took the time to wrap them up with the cutest Halloween tags. I appreciate the warm customer service and got to leave with the sweetest gifts! Thanks Mickey!

Exceptional is the best word for my experience here!
My visit had 2 goals. Firstly, I wanted to ask about hair and scalp products, because I have tried what feels like every product under the sun and nothing has helped my issues. Secondly, I wanted to get a special Halloween Mask and Lip Scrub for a Fall Themed Gal's Spa Night the next evening.
Emily was so sweet and had so much knowledge and previous experience with hair and hair care. She must have listened to me talk for a good 15-20 minutes, truly listening to my concerns and recommending products. So far, 3 of 4 seem to be winners.
Unfortunately, they were out of stock of the Halloween Mask. She was kind enough to even call another local store, however they were out of stock as well. She was super patient helping me choose an alternative mask.
Upon hearing of the spa night, she went above and beyond and provided me with various little samples jars of products to bring a bit more magic to spa night.
The products are great, but the true joy of this experience was Emily. Thank you for making this customer's experience a fantastic one.

Just had the best experience at Lush in SanTan village. I normally dread going into stores like this but my fiancé was “DYING” to check out their new Halloween line. The customer service rep Mickey was completely captivating with her knowledge and passion for fragrance and skin care. I ended up getting myself a little spa night and my fiancée picked up her Halloween bombs. Mickey was a delight to chat with and made me want to experience what the store had to offer. It was fun, informative and inviting. Mickey is a Star! Thanks for making our afternoon.

We had a private party hosted here and it was an amazing experience. Clover & Hannah had the best customer service and made our night very special. They were very attentive and answered all our questions.
