Bad customer service!!! I was denied credit on my card last November. I received a letter today stating to use my card soon or it will be closed. I thought it was already closed, so I shredded my card and decided to no longer do business with Macys. I could not talk to a person when I called so again I will no longer do business with Macy's.

I ordered bootie’s that were on sale with the customer service Representative. They arrived a day early. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Love the booties.

I always find good clothing sales at Macys.
The shoes on clearance are not the best quality.

Bought an expensive bottle of Perfume for my daughter for Valentine’s Day….she works in Hospice so it was a bit too strong ..she used 2 tiny squirts …she sent it back to me (she’s 4 hours from a Macys store in her state of Oregon)…I tried to return it and the sales associate refused it because the little free gift wasn’t in the bag . I had forgotten about it ….so I had to call my daughter tell her to mail the free gift to me so I can return it with the perfume!
Now I’m paying for 3 pkgs mailed to and now from my daughter ….thats about $40…plus two trips to San Tan Village Mall from San Tan Valley where
I live ! Have always loved Macys …but wow this was annoying ! Lancôme Counter …your service today was less than zero!!!!
…..You can do better and I’ll go somewhere else for the better service
Maybe post this at the counter or on the receipt ….”FREE GIFT MUST BE RETURNED WITH PURCHASE!! so customers are aware !!!!!

Store was a mess so it was virtually impossible to shop. I can in intending to purchase a couple pieces of specific brands which I couldn't even find. Was impossible to find associates to assist. Prices have gotten so ridiculously high.

We got some really good deals at Christmas time here. I have always loved Macy's just honestly can't afford it if they're not having sale days.

As always, very good selections of designer jewelry and clothes amongst many other selections. However, they still do not have an even fair amount of customer assistance/awareness. They could increase their sales simply by improving upon this one area. This has been going on for a very, very long time (+20 yrs).
