I was hold for well over 7 min and then kept getting bounced back and forth and all I needed was someone to help me see if something was in stock. It was like pulling teeth to get help!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Bummed about my recent experience. Went to go buy my shampoo and conditioner and they had one box of the one I wanted. Then they also had individual ones as well. Same one including size from the box I was buying. They wouldn’t just charge me for 2 boxes which was $12.99 and both the shampoo and conditioner were $7.99 each.They’d rather take my money and get a bad review. Do better Marshalls.

My first time coming to this Marshall’s and it was great! A little packed but got a bunch of great deals on name brand things.
The best part was my cashier though! Susanna V. was amazing! So kind and personable and she really makes you feel cared for. I was actually a little irritated because of a rude customer beforehand, but Susanna totally changed my whole mood! We had a very nice conversation while she packed up all of my stuff, she really was the best cashier I’ve had anywhere in a long time. If she’s not in a management position please promote her ASAP!

The new employee told me I could save 10% if I signed up for their rewards program card. Another employee assisted her and tried to get me to pay with the "rewards card" but it turned out to be a credit card. Be cautious..

My niece and nephew loved the clothes they got from here. My dog loves her new chew toy I got from here too. I found few things for me too. Good location and friendly staff.
