Absolutely HORRIBLE with their billing. Please review your charges because they are not very good at updating your payments. They won't call you back if you have questions either, not even when you select option #3 (Billing Dept.). Tip: What I do is option #2 so someone answers the phone.

Clarinda is extremely rude. Every time a staff member at our group home will call, she always has an attitude. Please get more people like Lea who always provides excellent customer service

So we've been calling in a clients albuterol for almost a week now and now that he's completely out they say they can't send it out unless a pharmacy requests it which they can't do. So because "meds arts didn't send rush orders on the weekends to Tucson" for some random reason my client can't get his meds. Its only medicine he needs to breathe, obviously not important to a profit over people company that's obviously more into making it harder for people to get meds than actually providing them. And this is just one in a long line of difficulties I've had with this company. Every time it gets more and more ridiculous.

I love this pharmacy and would never want to go any where else. They care about YOU and are very helpful in meeting your needs. I always feel like family when I go into their store. SUPPORT THIS PHARMACY! they are the best!!!
