MidFirst Bank is, quite simply, the best bank on the planet. First they learn your name and make you feel not only welcome, but special as well. Then they always provide exceptional customer service. It's not the biggest bank, but it is definitely the best.

We switched to MidFirst back in 2021 (from BofA) because BofA stopped answering phone calls. MidFirst is always available to assist by phone or in person.

Both the personal and business app is pointless and archaic. No way to send or receive money without paying big fees and waiting to do so. No Zelle or Venmo, etc.. They prefer you to purchase paper checks in person to pay out of your account. Speaking of in person, if you want to exchange currency you need to go in the morning 'before 2:00 p.m.' to order it and then wait a week... ?!

Horrible switching banks for sure 9 over draft fees with no notifications that I was overdarfted and you guys could only take away one. Horrible bank I would not recommend.

Our family opened an account at this branch and trusted Mid First Bank. Their customer service is terrible. We took our $200,000 to Navy federal Credit union instead. Our account at Mid First bank is now closed.

2.9 is too high. I went into branch to open up a checking account and take advantage of the bonus. The banker I set my acct up with advised me of what I needed to do to get the bonus. I did what he told me and asked many times if he was sure. But after 90+ days of waiting I was told that I didn't meet any of the criteria needed to get the bonus, none . My question to them as a consumer and common sense was, why would I not fulfill the criteria needed to get my bonus if that is the only reason I even went to MidFirst? . I had enough money in my account and the ability to Satisfy all three of the criteria, even though I only need two out of three. When I went into branch, they told me I satisfied, none of them, and nobody was willing to help multiple people walked by and heard my conversation, but they couldn't care less. Not even a let me check or grab a manager. Crazy thing is I went to a diff branch 4 days earlier and a banker at that branch told me I did satisfy but maybe needed to wait 30 days!! Ay yay yay what a waste. . I would not use this branch or probably any branch for that matter.So I closed acct Me and my money will go elsewhere!!

We've been with MidFirst Bank for nearly 11 years. We were with Bank of America before that and were quite disappointed there.MidFirst has given us excellent customer service overall, and we can recommend them out to anyone.Here's what I like best:1. Their online baning interface is very easy to use.2. They're open on Saturdays.3. There are numerous branches throughout the east valley.4. They offer free use of a meeting/conference room if you need it. I've personally used it more than once. It's nice to have a professional space to meet people or clients in.Small town banking feel in the big city. Give MidFirst a shot if you need a bank.

i wanted to start a checking account. The teller told me to wait in the lobby by the furniture. I waited 10 minutes maybe more. I noticed at least 6 employees and no customers other than me. The staff was enjoying themselves and talking about personal things. Lots of laughing and chit chat. I concluded they don't need my business. Customers come last at this bank, so I left. The architecture inside is very nice, the staff not so much.
