Don't use this clinic unless you want a bill to show up on your account because they didn't properly run your insurance and then they harass you about it for months. Never again.

No one in the lobby, refusing walkins. I really wish these minute clinics Cared about people. Obviously the nurse, I doubt Dr, was sitting there on her phone the entire time and laughing. What a joke people are sick without insurance and they need medical help when they’re sick. I’m sorry your candy crush is more important than your job.

I had an appointment scheduled for a rapid COVID test, however I was 9 minutes late because I work as a medical scribe and one of our patient's procedures were running late. When I arrived to my appointment, the NP, Dawn Dewane, had to comment that I "had 1 minute left before she closed, and now she is going have to stay late." She said it in a rude tone and did not provide me instructions on what to do for the test. I had to keep asking her instructions on what to do next and she just kept saying "yes"; overall she just rushed through the entire appointment. I do not think she safely or appropriately handled the situation, and just wished she had taken consideration of my work status as well

My family and I have used the clinic’s services for years. We are always happy with the care we receive from NP Tammy and NP Emily. I had the pleasure of meeting NP Wendy and I am just as impressed with her level of care and kindness. Thanks to all for always meeting our needs! Top notch!

This was such a negative experience for me. The Nurse practitioner Wendy Frybarger was completely closed off. She was very straight forward, no eye contact and did not care to hear my concerns. Just typed on her computer. Coming from a health care profession, it is extremely sad to see other medical professionals not take the time for patients. That’s what you went to school for?! I Will not be returning to this location. Very unfortunate to meet medical professionals like this.

Thanks Ashley and Wendy for taking the time to take such great care of my parents! They couldn't stop talking about what a pleasant experience they had getting their vaccines at the Minute Clinic!

My wife had taken a tb test. She was told to come back before 5 on the 4th. So of course we made it and had a very unpleasant greeting by Wendy. We tried to check in and couldn’t due to no appointment when again she was told to just show up for the results. So we get there around 4:30 and waited until she (Wendy)comes out. She was mad it was only her running the clinic. She also tried to push us away because she came out to talk to us after 5 saying she can’t do anything because we didn’t have a appointment. So we then showed her the paper stating to pick it up at that location. Then she says as a courtesy I’m going to do it this time. Very unprofessional and called me and my wife hostile.

I understand being short staffed. However, I made an appointment to came to cvs minute clinic for my hep b tither test for my school. I was told by the NP Tammy that she needs to get catch up with three patients who came in after me before doing my lab work. Ignoring the fact that I just waited 30 minutes while she saw another patient during my appointment. I'm confused on why I was sent away and told to go the Lab Corp or come back in 2 hours. I'm new to Arizona and CVS minute clinic but the service isn't making sense. I understand Triaging but this wasn't that because this is a non urgent clinic so no patients needs or test should be put in front of another's.

I came in today just expecting a basic exam from some doctor with no personality. Instead I got a better service than my primary care doctor. Emily McCarthy really put her heart into her work. She was outstanding, remarkable at her job, super sweet, and easy to talk too. I could tell she really likes her job. Made me feel comfortable, which in most situations I’m a little anxious, so that’s saying a lot. Emily went beyond her job for my exam, noticed I have a ruptured ear drum. Gave me lot of advice on that and other concerns. Then gave up her break between me and the next patient after a 40 minute exam, to fill out a prescription for my ear and gave me lots of advice on how to treat it. I went home happy. Thank you Emily.

I have gone twice without being seeing. I feel CVS mini clinic need to do something. Long wait is terrible. This type of service should be in and out not 2 hours wait and then for not been seeing at all.

Our appointment was at 5. When I checked in I was told 20 minutes, which with a toddler who already doesn't want a shot is pretty painful. The doctor called for an Elsa Sloan over the speakers, which didn't remotely resemble my daughter's name so I didn't go up. Which resulted in them taking another person before us. So we weren't seen until almost 45 minutes after our appointment. This location only has two chairs, which were taken by people who had to wait for their flu shots because the computer was having issues.

This is the 2nd time I’ve tried getting care for my child at a minute clinic and both times have left without being seen. Both times we have arrived, checked in, and then the provider decides to go to lunch. When we checked in we had a 20 minute wait that changed to an hour and 20 minute wait promptly after checking in. This is ridiculous. Either schedule a lunch and say your closed during that time or work through it if you have patients. Extremely rude to have someone check in thinking they are waiting for 20 minutes and then decide you should go to lunch. I also work in healthcare and sometimes you just don’t get a lunch. Sure it sucks, but that comes with the territory!

I've been here twice now. Once for myself and once for my 20 month old son. Both times the nurse practitioners were very thorough and patient to hear all my concerns. The report they write at the end is even more thorough than what I get going to the doctors office. I recommend this clinic for any minor illnesses or health concerns.

The professional that helped me was extremely helpful, very thorough and actually listened to my concerns while still being very quick. I had a set appointment and hardly had a wait. I think people tend to not do their research and look at the clinics hours and the lunch times. When you're going to a minute clinic during peak allergy season without an appointment, expect to wait a long time but that's on you at that point.
