They are caring and professional here. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s nice to see the same Nurses here. They look happy. They are friendly and quick. Thank you.

The provider told me she would check to see if a physical for work was covered by my insurance, then was on her computer for a bit and began the exam. It consisted of simply checking my breathing, looking in my ears, and feeling my spine. She then said it wouldn’t be covered by insurance and would cost me $100. I told her I thought she was checking that before the exam began because we could have done it as a yearly general physical as discussed (which would have been covered), and she said she meant to but it couldn’t be changed. I also was scheduled (and presumably paid for) to get a flu shot that they never gave me. The nurse who “helped” me was Elizabeth Clapper.

I’m a minor but the website said that with written consent I could come in to be treated. I waited a while to be treated, probably 40 ish minutes after my appointment and when I handed the practitioner Elizabeth Erb the paper, she pretty much freaked out in front of everyone who was in the waiting room explaining how uncomfortable she was and how this shouldn’t be a thing. Hence embarrassing me even after I told her the family emergency that made it possible for only me to come. It was very unprofessional because her personal opinion shouldn’t have been vocalized when it was perfectly within the guidelines of me being treated. She continued to repeat how uncomfortable she was as I was in the room with her and she acted aggressively towards me. She yanked my arm and continued to roll her eyes when I spoke to her. She made ME extremely uncomfortable and uneasy because she was being so awful. I hope she was just having a bad day (even tho I saw her laughing with other patients and smiling before she took me in) because that woman should not be a FAMILY nurse practitioner when she treats minors this way.?♀️

Everytime I try to give this place another chance they let you down. I recently tried to do an online photo order and they weren't able to print it because their machine was down. They did not report that to the system so the photo order was sent to their store anyways. Since it's a custom photo that took a lot of time, I had to go back and recreate the project so I can send it to a different store. I tried calling the phone number they provided and they also gave me the same answer. Don't even think about stepping foot into this CVS.

Nurse was very nice. My husband and I brought our two children in together for strep tests. We were all able to go into the first room with the nurse and be accessed. When we had to go talk with the PA she stated she cannot have us all in the room with her because she is claustrophobic. Are you kidding me? We had to wait extra long and go in separately with each child to talk about the same illness. She said she would only see one child and one parent at a time. What if my husband and I hadn’t gone together? Would she have been able to have one of us in with our 2 children. Seems like a problem to me. No wonder this place has a very low rating.

If I could put zero stars and still write a review, I would. Brought my husband, who has dementia, in on July 23rd at 2:00 for a TB test. She was very nice and did the shot. She then went to get us an appt to read the test, which there was no appts available. She then stated, no problem, just bring this paperwork back between the times stated on the paperwork so the shot site on his arm can be viewed. My son showed up to the CVS Minute Clinic on Lindsay and Warner, Gilbert, today around 9:40 am. Was told he couldn't be seen without an appt and an appt needs to be made at the kiosk first. Went to the kiosk, no appts available. My son called me explained this to me and I asked to talk to the receptionist whom also said he needed an appt. I explained the situation, what was told to me on Sunday, and I wanted the name of the nurse practitioner that gave the shot and gave me wrong information. Receptionist stated again, there are no appts and this isn't a 5 minute process, it is a 10 minute process. She was rude and the call was ended. My son called me back 10 minutes, already leaving in the car, and said they viewed the shot site and it took 2 minutes 46 seconds. Yes, my son timed the interaction. Who are these people? Why is this the treatment they are handing out? All the reviews are so bad and it doesn't seem to have mattered. My rant is now over. Just don't go here.

Today I went to this local CVS, I needed to buy some things but unfortunately I couldn't buy anything. From the moment my husband and I walked in the store manager Tabetha and her coworker were looking at us every chance they got and followed us around the store thinking we didn't know. There was no reason for these girls to treat us like that, we weren't doing anything wrong we were simply going to shop. All of a sudden, the store manager Tabetha comes up to us and tells my husband and I that we need to leave the store. Mind you, she was giving us no reason on why we needed to leave only that she was the manager and she could tell us to leave. I'm not sure if this girl Tabetha is racist or if she just judges anyone she feels the need to but I do believe people that do this should not work in customer service. I continue to ask for the store manager Tabethas name and she refuses to tell me so I try to see her name tag and she walks away and proceeds to call the cops on my husband and I.

Wish these multinational conglomerates didn't run every small pharmacy out of business. 15 min of listening to a ANNOYING robot just to talk to someone that tells me different info then there crap text system says.

Horrible service!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I scheduled an appt for 4pm. Got there at 3:43pm and the precheck in that's required stated it was too early to check-in as I guess it only allows you to check in 10 mins prior to appt. So I waited until 3:50pm and tried and got an error. There was a lady in front of me and I asked how long she'd been waiting and she said almost an hour. The practitioner came out with a family and asked them to wait while she saw the lady in front of me. After she saw her she pulled the family back in. She came out to do an eye screening with one of the boys and I asked when I would be seen at which time I was told that my appt was cancelled since I didn't checkin but she'd try to see me. Another lady came and waited, once the family was done she looked at me and said she was taking the new lady back 1st since her appt was really quick. Finally around 4:55pm she called me in and asked about my insurance, I stated I was self-payimg and she said it would be $139 for the visit plus another $39 for the strept test ... pretty sure I can buy 50 tests online for less than $180. Will never go back to this place again!!!

Went in because I think I have strep throat. Arrived at 6:50pm and tried making a walk up appointment on the kiosk and it would not let me. Then I asked the person running the clinic if they take walk ins and she said they do but are now closed. They don’t close the clinic until 7:30pm. She was very rude and dismissive about it. Even called earlier in the day if they took walk ins and they confirmed yes but last intake is 7:15. Can’t go until 2 days from now because of work. Everyone else was nice especially the lady at checkout and wished me well and said “I hope you feel better soon!”

They don’t help you when their computer goes down for check in. Just shugg and say “yeah that happens a lot” and now it’s 15min past appointment time and just say you have to reschedule. But talk about getting a Covid shot they are all for helping you.

I think some of the staff here needs a refresher on how to word things without coming off as offensive. Back story: I have been looking for high calorie protein drink options for my dad to try out as he's getting older and has lost some muscle mass. I saw that CVS carries these single Boost drinks which is awesome- that way he can try them before I buy in bulk. I looked online and this was the only store that carried them. I walked into the store yesterday and the app told me they were under the "health and wellness" section. I found Glucerna drinks in the medical section and Boost/Ensure with the protein drinks, but I wasn't finding these specific ones. There were two associates talking and I walked up to them and said, "Sorry to interrupt, I'm looking for a specific product" and showed them the product on my phone. One of them said, "Oh yeah, that's in the cancer section" and showed me where they were located and then went back to talking to the other associate. I picked up a handful of flavors and checked out (the cashier Dominic was really sweet). Here's the thing: I'm not someone who is easily offended at all, but really? She could have just as easily referred to it as the "medical needs" section or something to that effect. I didn't realize that CVS has a "cancer section". That comment has still stuck with me and I feel like it came off as insensitive.

Horrible location to go to. Awful Customer service from the Corporate. I would avoid minute clinic with everything you can, pay for a visit somewhere else if you need to.
