Poor Customer Service- I paid for a overnight cashiers check as they said they do not do wires remotely for suv purchased out of state. MACU messed up sent it USPS, been 11 days now and the dealership has not received the check(whos uses USPS??) i have paid of 750.00 for cancellations to auto transport since they will not release suv without payment. I was told by customer service to come into the branch to cancel the cashiers check and they will issue a wire, i wasted another hour driving to the GILBERT branch and find its policy to wait 15 days before they can cancel the cashiers check and they will not do a wire until its cancelled-no exceptions even though its our fault. Now the dealership thinks i am giving them a run around-MACU won't respond to emails i requested them calling the dealership to let them know if the situation and they won't even do that-the branch manager, who is worthless by the way, said i should wire the money from my savings account until they can cancel the check and reissue a credit into my account. I have never heard of a bank doing this? How is their lack of customer service and mistakes cost me money. i support the smaller banks but closing all my accounts to MACU-

Banked here for over 7 years- with 3 accounts and in the end you are a number not a person and the motto” We Place Members first” is not true. Good luck if you decide to have an account here!

Always a great experience at this branch!
The team here is super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to — they really make banking feel effortless. The hours are convenient, and it’s never a hassle to stop by when we need something.
We’ve had our accounts here for a while and have always been happy. Most recently, we needed to grab some cash on short notice — we placed a request ahead of time, and everything was ready that same day. The whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. So easy and smooth!
It’s just nice knowing we can rely on this branch when something comes up. Big thanks to the whole crew — you’re doing an awesome job!

I spoke with this location about the registration about my vehicle that I refinanced with them that I included within the loan. I needed my registration because it was going to expire. They told me if I purchased it they will refund me the money. I came in and brought the receipt and told me that they can’t do a refund. So i pretty much paid $800 of registration for 1 year on a 2024 Jetta because they like to lie to their customers.

Customer Service needs a lot of training and help at the Gilbert Branch. We were applying for a loan and asked to speak with a supervisor. The young person on the phone took it personal and wouldn't refer us to help. Their hiring too many young people out of college that haven't worked in corporate before.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Julia and Brennan gave OUTSTANDING customer service. Julia has helped me multiple times and she is great at her job. I highly recommend mountain America. I have been using them for my small business and personal checking account and have no complaints. Don’t bother going to any other credit union, this one is hands down the BEST. Thanks to all the kind staff at this branch.

Rude, sad and disgusting girl made me turn right around and go find another place to do business with! How in the world do you operate a Credit Union with such horrid customer service! Should welcome new customers, but instead belittle them and make them feel unwelcome!

Excellent service in the branch location. Explored one-on-one into several index fund financial investments available with higher margins than CD’s. Also processed annual RMD in less than 5 minutes. Highly impressed with the level of professionalism!

I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins. If the drive thru is OPEN, maybe have a teller back there working in. Finally came inside to get my card back to find 2 employees at the teller line sitting and chatting. Absolute garbage service. I’ve actually never had good service at this location.
