Called up and claimed they were with the Veterans Affairs office. Very misleading and illegal practice of saying they’re part of a USG organization. Then they claimed they were affiliated with the VA. Well they’re as affiliated with the VA as any other bank in this country doing VA loans.
You all should be ashamed of calling people and claiming your with a USG department when you’re not.

I've now done two refinances with Lindsay L. The last one was when rates were in the 2% range and she got me the best rate possible. Process was quick and seamless. No hidden costs and she explained everything and how much to the penny everything would cost. No surprises and I feel I got the best rate possible with her.

I worked with Brandon & Melissa for probably 4-5 refinances across 5-10yrs. I own several properties, so my situation can be complicated for some lenders. But it's never been a problem for them and they always close on time. Most recently, they completed a cashout refinance on my rental property in the end of Dec 2021. On that specific experience, I checked with Brandon on and off for ~18 months before starting the process in Nov. Throughout that time, replies and updates were timely. Brandon will also give you an honest opinion if paying points or cashing out more sense. In one experience, he refunded my initial deposit after I found a better rate elsewhere. After he reviewed that closing estimate, he could not match it and agreed it was better terms & costs for me. But that new lender did not close on time and updates from them were poor. So I had to re-lock at a higher rate. I have learned from that experience & won't go to that new lender again. With Melissa, communication is excellent too. She backed me up when I notified the Title company to correct a mistake in a recorded document. They took corrective action ASAP after her reply. I've referred Brandon to family & friends and will continue to do so. If I had to say anything negative about the experience, they would be areas beyond their control. They are: 1) Nations Choice can only underwrite in CA & AZ. I wanted to use them for other states, but couldn't. 2) There is no secure website to upload documents, so you need to password protect your document before attaching to email. I want to end by saying you won't go wrong working with these people. If you do your part by providing the documents requested in a timely manner, you can relax and let them take it from there.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Nations Choice Mortgage. As first-time buyers, buying a home was a new and intimidating experience. Thankfully, Lindsay, our loan officer was the world's best hand-holder! hah! She answered all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel silly for raising them. Melissa, our loan processor, was very helpful in getting all the documentation together for the underwriter. We had our money in a lot of different piggy banks and so a hefty amount of documentation was needed. She communicated clearly and as we passed items along, she kept us updated with what was still needed. We are tremendously grateful for each of their help in ensuring a successful purchase.

Glenn is amazing to work with. We had started working with a different company but had some doubts. My wife was able to get in contact with Glenn and right away, he was able to show us numbers which were way better than the previous company. He saved us a ton of money and I do have to say that this refi was one of the easiest we have ever done. No nosense and a great experience!!!! I have used Nations Choice Mortgage twice now for refinancing. They do a great job helping through the process, finding good rates, and gathering the data with electronic tools to facilitate initial application and signatures. Process is quick and trustworthy. No complains other than they only work with certain regions (AZ, CA) and I couldn't use them to refinance my TX property.
