I am really hoping their Google review rating goes up at this location. I walked in with my nieces and son. Only 2 out of the 5 of us had an exam. I know my kids, they are well behaved but still. Everyone was kind and patient. I had no concerns at all. I really didn’t have much help with the glasses or what the girls insurance covered but I figured it out on my own. The Dr. was AMAZING. He was very thorough and patient with both girls. I would definitely recommend this location. They were on time as even fit us in to come back to have her when dilated. Good customer service. Thank you. Especially to the Dr.

Dr. Peller is incredibly thorough & always takes the time to discuss the results of my vision exams & discuss any questions or comments I may have. After our exams my wife & I worked with Chris to select new frames & review his recommendations on lens alternatives for our respective prescriptions. It’s the 4th year in a row I’ve gone to Nationwide & highly recommend their services.

At the Gilbert location on williamsfield and recker the doctor is amazing and so are the staff! I love how the doctor takes his time with all of his patients and explains everything to you!

Poor customer service when I called to make an appointment for my parents. Person who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful.

I've been here a few times over the years for myself and my kids since they opened. Things have improved a lot, and staff is much nicer than before.They even helped me with a few options on what I could do with my kid who keeps losing her glasses!Appointment wait time is within reason, and they have a pretty good selection of glasses.

Staff here is so super nice and helpful. We were looking for opthalmology urgent care which they do NOT do, but they were kind and caring, checked to see if they could fit us in to their schedule for the morning, and when they could not they tried their best to help us locate assistance -the receptionist even went and talked to the opthamologist to see what we should do.

0/10 do not recommend .. there’s a reason this place only has two stars. The customer service is trash. The three girls that were in on Saturday were so unwelcoming, didn’t say hey to welcome me into the store. They just stared blankly at me while telling them my reason for being in the store. The girl with the nose ring was so pressed to get me out the store; she was ready to tell me to leave cause my prescription was invalid but I had to show her where it says it was actually valid. Like if she would’ve just READ the piece of paper instead of being so ready to get me out of there she would’ve seen that. Between that and their overall attitude, I felt very uncomfortable and would never go back there. I’m sure they don’t treat ALL of their customers like that but with a two star rating who knows.

Worst experience ever. Walking in everyone except the manager, who was busy with a patient, acted like they hated life and being there. Appoint was at 4 at 4:47 I checked in to see how much longer it would be for my kids appointments. Not one time did anyone communicate with us. After checking we were told that it wouldn’t be too much longer. Since a lot of scheduling went into this with two school age children, we decided to continue waiting. 20 minutes later still with no communication there’s still one person ahead of us. I asked to reschedule with no apology and the manager walking around not saying a word to us over our over hour wait. Now my kids still don’t have glasses and I have to coordinate timing all with no regard for my families time. A simple we are running behind when we walked in would have allowed us to decide if we wanted to wait two hours but I guess in this case only their time matters.
