I love Nektar and have visited several locations. I often order their chia pudding and they charge me for the berry parfait and give me only chia pudding in the container per request. This location didn't even fill up the container to the top like other locations; yet charged me the full price parfait price of $5.99 :(

I cancelled my order a week ago and cant seem to get a refund, the supervisor in the store was very nice but cant get her Director to take care of it. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to her. She did everything she could to help me and has now given me the directors number to try and take care of this myself.I will not be using them again. Very poor customer service.

We walked in and they said it would be a 40 minute wait. They said they had a big online order but what confused us is why they cannot give us one bowl in between the online order. Put your in person people as a priority. not just your online people. We are the ones that drove all the way there instead of picking up their phone and calling them.

Tipped in advance on the app for a pick up order. Arrived and was not acknowledged at all by the employee behind the counter cutting fruit. I stood at the pick up area (I was the only customer in the place). For over two minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I could hear another couple employees right around the corner - one finally peeked out and saw me. She asked if I had a pick up and I said yes and gave my name. She grabbed my order out of the fridge and just said here you go. I felt unwelcome, unappreciated for the $12.00 drink and tip I gave in advance, and frankly like an inconvenience. How about this ?"Welcome to Nekter, do you have a pick up order? Someone will be right with you, my hands are full here as I'm finishing this up . . . Let me grab another employee (2 of which are 10 feet away) to grab your order !"Then whoever grabs my order says "Here is your order, enjoy ! Thanks for coming in"Apps are great - perhaps the tip in advance feature doesn't promote actually giving good customer service. Or perhaps it's just the culture of this Nektar.

I love this place...the berry açaí is my "go to" after workouts! However, recently I've been getting chunks of unblended fruit in my bowls which kind of sucks. Love the staff though, super friendly!

Our bowls were made very quickly and were super fresh! We got them to go and they stayed pretty solid in the AZ heat until we got home.

Very disappointed that Bella had to take our order and make our drinks while the other girl sat and played on her phone. You could tell Bella was frustrated. She deserves a raise and the other girl ... well something needs to change there. Drinks tasted great!

Great juice however the knowledge behind the counter is faltering. Today was the second time they just don't understand the rewards and what's worse they speak like it's a fact when they don't know what they are talking about. I have now been taken 2 days in a row for a ride and a loss of my rewards. Word of caution. Before handing your card make sure they have scanned and be specific about the reward you are using. Not that it helped me because it seems to go on deaf ears

My Husband and I went in waited for the girl sitting on the floor to notice us. We decided to ring the bell to get her attention. Only for her to tell me the juice machine wasn't working again. We have visited this location 3 times to find the juice machine not working within a 6 month period.

Love this place, tons of different options from smoothies, juices, detox shots and you can add or substitute whatever you want. Their reasonably priced and I would definitely be coming back.
