Pretty nice interior and lay out with clothes tables but lacking men’s active ware overall and specifically small, medium, and extra small. The changing rooms are nice and organized with a table to wait and very polite and responsive service nearby. And the rooms are spacious with lots of privacy.

Do NOT ever order online !!! This is the second year in a row at Christmas time no less when I'm needing Christmas pajamas that they lost my order the first year they didn't even acknowledge it. It was months later that I called about it realizing a huge order never came and they refunded. Here we are again this year ordered Christmas pajamas needed for Christmas Again lost my order in transit I had to bring it to their attention. Do not give this business sales. What an inconvenience. I am now running low on options for pajamas for my kids for Christmas theme!!

Incompetent workers. Literally the 4 times I've been here and purchased something they don't remember to remove the security tag which is a major inconvenience so I have to drive all the way back to the store.

This location is chaotic. A week ago I ordered 6 items online but 3 ended up being out of stock. Then when I got home 2 of my items had the security tags on them. Today, I went in store to use the Super Cash. The lady at the register had me enter my phone number but was sooo busy trying to sell me a credit card, even offering a discount if I applied for it, that she didn't apply my Super Cash. After returning to the store my total was cut in HALF because nothing was rang up correctly. The night shift staff was very helpful getting this corrected. It feels like every time I buy something, I have to return to get it fixed.
