Joe was incredible! After calling around to multiple IT companies for a computer repair, Joe was easily the most straight forward and knowledgeable. Once I dropped my device off with him, within 30 minutes he was informing me of the issue and was able to get my repair done within 24 hours.

Joe is a great guy my computer wouldn’t power on I brought it to him and he had it running perfect in 30 minutes and even cleaned it for free !! Will use him again in the future !

My son got a gaming PC last spring for his birthday from a big box/warehouse store and after having nothing but issues and attempting to troubleshoot ourselves for months, we reached out to Joe. He was able to fix the computer quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately five months after his initial repair (and through no fault of Orca), another component of the PC went bad and we reached out again. He was able to diagnose and repair the computer and was extremely patient with all of my calling, texting, and emailing, helping us through the RMA process of having the graphics card replaced (it was under warranty). He was even gracious enough to ‘loan’ us a graphics card while we were waiting for our replacement so our son had a functioning PC.
Needless to say he has been a lifesaver. Orca also builds PCs so save yourself the hassle and don’t buy from a warehouse store like we did. Next time we will have him build a PC for us. Thanks, Orca!

Had an intermittent issue with my computer not turning on. Texted Joe and got a quick response, not even 10 minutes later. Had me drop off my computer and not even 2 hours later he had me up and running again. He was kind, understanding, personable and on top of everything communicative and professional. I know if I have any further questions he will be able to assist. I will be taking any tech issues I have to his company from now on. Thank you!

If I could have rated with more stars, I would have! Joe Mannion, CEO, resolved all my tech issues expertly and then patiently and politely walked me through the entire set up of a new laptop;tailoring it to my needs and practices. Prior to our appointment, he asked me to submit any questions that I had to which he responded in easy to understand terms. We can’t thank Joe enough!! Because of the company we hired originally to do our website we had some serious issues and being dropped by Google was one of them. Joe did his magic, got us back on Google, built us an amazing website that actually works and we can’t recommend him enough!!
