Jeff's professionalism and extensive knowledge were evident throughout the entire process. He meticulously cleaned off the terminals, ensuring everything was in top shape before proceeding with the installation.

Had an issue with a seatbelt connector on an older Silverado that I couldn’t find fitting parts. Jeff at the desk was super helpful ordering a part from another store and was truly concerned with helping me, and finding a cost effective working solution. Refreshing to see true customer service and concern in action. This is why you should come here for all your auto needs.

The people working here are hands-down better than the careless muppets at the other auto parts stores, but corporate is doing them dirty on pricing. Everything in this store can be had for 70% off if you buy from Jeff Bezos or Rock Auto. I would gladly pay a 10-15% premium for the convenience, but three times the actual price is outrageous.

Stopped by to pick up new windshield wipers and their employee Jeff looked up the exact wipers I needed without me asking and managed to install them when I wasn’t paying attention. This is the second time I’ve been to O’Reilly’s at 2 different locations and received above and beyond service. Thank you for bringing customer service back! Give Jeff a raise! :)
