Very friendly shop. Had some issues outlined below, and had to take it back several times, but they do their best to make it right.
I had to go back because the first alternator was a dud. Lots of frustration.
I tried to schedule service on power steering line they recommended as the source of the alternator failure but they refused to do the work. They claim to have a new policy of not working on vehicles with over 200k. Which also apparently means they won’t warranty their work completed. Very frustrating.

Amazing mechanics. Fair pricing, they don't rip people off. They're honest, and have integrity. We have been using them for years and they have serviced 5 different used vehicles, all 5+ years old, all different makes from domestic to imports. Highly recommend.

Receptionist is very communicative with the customer, informative with what needs to be done and flexible with the schedule. The mechanic took the time to show us the part that was replaced and took pictures of their work to insure honesty. P&A Auto wasnt pushy to replace parts that weren't in dire need of attention. As a new customer, I can sense they are not money driven but they genuinely want to help people with their automotive needs. We will definitely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience. Very informative and kept .e posted on progress and even provided pictures of service being completed. This is my go shop now. Great shop with excellent service I would highly recommend.

P&A Auto Repair is the best. Just had my vehicle repaired here. Another shop gave me a blown up estimate. P&A gave me an honest estimate for a much reduced and very reasonable price. They are honest and have the expertise to service and repair your vehicle. I trust them fully. Exceptional service, above and beyond. Especially Alexa, so positive and supportive. I highly Recommend P&A Auto, I have taken my vehicles here for regular maintenance, and will go no where else. They are communicative, always keeping me updated, and are happy to answer all my questions. I am so happy I found this business. I rarely leave reviews, but they provided such exceptional service, I felt compelled to write. I only found them recently, but I have had them work on my car twice so far, and both times I have received the best service from any automotive service business I have ever been to. Outstanding customer service, expert mechanic, good turn around time, honest assessment with no upselling, and fair prices. They stayed open late to get my car done in the Arizona heat, and were friendly and kind about it. From the other reviews I have read, I have found that this is the usual way they do business-they take care of their customers and truly care. Oh, and I received a text after arriving home just checking in and making sure that the problem with my vehicle had been fixed. I give them my very highest recommendation. If you need a mechanic, call P&A.

Heard great things about this place on the Nextdoor app. Decided to use them and get a synthetic oil change on my 2019 F150. They had me in and out in an hour and did a fantastic job. Front office was very clean and nice to wait in. Everyone I had spoke with there was extremely pleasant, and they really made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely be coming back here for future work, on both my truck and my wife's car. Thanks P&A!
