I love Pandora but my interaction today with the assistant manager Mikaela was horrible This was absolutely the worst service I've ever received. I purchased a bracelet March 16. 2024 and wanted to exchange it because I had a problem putting it on. The assistant tells me the bracelet is worn and stretched and per their policy I can't exchange it. I so upset about to cry. I asked to see another bracelet and she shows me a book and tells me to pick one. Now I'm officially PISSED. I tell her I want one just like the other bracelet I have on and asked again for her to bring me this bracelet but no she refuses. Now we're going back and forth this assistant had the audacity to say you can leave or go to another location. The lead supervisor who I recognized from March 16th simply pulls out the bracelet I asked for and provided the customer service I deserved. Thanks Alessandra. Unfortunately due to the horrible experience I will not return to the store if Mikaela is working or I'll go to another location

I still come here from time to time. Looking for new additions to my fiancé‘s Pandora bracelet. The staff is always very helpful and I love the new collections that they pull out. Big fan of some of the Disney collections.

I went to the San Tan store today. I received the worst customer service from an employee named Nicole. She started yelling at me and when I spoke to the manager she did nothing. Nicole even admitted to yelling. I FEEL I was being discriminated against because I am black. I ask about getting my bracelet cleaned. It went downhill from there. She acted like they didn't want me or my best friend in the store. My best friend eventually spoke with the manager and completed her purchase. I have never been treated like that in any of the Pandora stores ever. Nicole continued to yell until I said please lower your voice. I am african american and I feel I was totally discriminated against. We were the only African american in the storeI will be filing a complaint with the corporate office.We have spent alot of money in Pandora. It was awful. And whoever else I need to file a complaint with.

I went into this store on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 6:30pm and received the most horrible service I have ever encountered ANYWHERE. I brought in 6 bracelets (mine and my sister's) and the MANAGER told me that there was absolutely no way they would clean them and that is a service they provide ONLY on Monday - Thursday until 6pm. I was making a large purchase, I wasn't just there to get my bracelets cleaned. When I said I was from out of town and had never had any issue getting all my bracelets cleaned in the store before, all she said was "Obviously you're not from around here." The rudest woman I've ever encountered. I feel horrible for the other employees at that location.

They were only taking one customer at a time for some reason and I waited outside for 30 min or more. Not sure why they were doing this, but it was annoying and I won't be back. They were awfully nice though, it was just inconvenient to shop there. I just didn't have two hours to pick up one thing.

It's Christmas Eve, exactly 451pm and the store is closed. I see several employees inside but the lights are off and the mall closes at 6pm not 451pm

When I came into today to do a return I felt judged. Not sure exactly why. Could it be because I was doing a return? How I’m dressed? My age?? One of the girls in glasses (she was not the one helping me) kept staring at me. I understand casually glancing at someone, but she was full on staring at me head to toe. Her name was Yasmin I believe. The manager (the one who helped me) was okay.. her attitude came off a bit strong. The whole vibes were just completely off all around. This is why I should’ve just shopped online. To avoid arrogant people & weird vibes like this… I’m always kind and respectful everywhere I go. I don’t think I deserved to be treated this way, me or anyone else. You are no better than anyone else just because you work at a Pandora store. Humble yourselves.

I typically do not write reviews but I felt like I needed to describe the experience I had at the Pandora Santan Village store so that this hopefully doesn’t happen to anyone else. I went into the store the other day with my boyfriend to exchange a bracelet he had purchased for me, which happened to have broken. We had visited the Chandler shop prior and the staff there had stated that we were able to do this exchange. We walk in and are soon helped by Amal, the store manager. Immediately upon interacting with her, I could tell she was judging us. I’m not sure if it was the way we looked or it was our age or whatever, but her attitude was extremely judgmental and standoffish. She explained to us that the way the bracelet had broken was a “wear and tear” and therefore did not fall under their exchange policy. When we told her that the Chandler store did not tell us this, she said she “couldn’t speak for the Chandler store” and then walked away from us to get one of her employees to help us. Just unprofessional. The entire time, Amal’s tone and attitude was really not welcoming nor friendly. It was extremely disappointing considering my boyfriend and I love Pandora and have purchased many times from them in the past. She eventually passed us onto her assistant manager (I wanna say her name is Christina) and she was a lot more friendly and understanding. She was very gracious and offered to give us a one time exception to their exchange policy. Now, I don’t expect to always be excused for something that is in their policy, however I expect someone, especially the store manager, to be more understanding and helpful, and perhaps offer a different solution, instead of just being rude and passing us off to someone else. Hopefully the store manager does not treat all her customers this way because I would hate to come to the Santan Village store again if that’s the case.

Had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. The manager was borderline obnoxious behaving as if the store was Tiffany's. We waited 33mins to enter (understandable since it's a week before Christmas). Once we reached the front of the line, the manager berated passer bys when asked why there was a line. She stated, condescendingly, "this is a jewerly store and I cannot allow people to touch and run around" or "we sell diamonds". Ridiculous. By people perhaps she was referring to the several young men patiently awaiting to buy their mother's and girlfriends gifts. Or maybe myself, a professional who wanted to buy their staff something nice. Her ego was on parade. Once inside, she rushed the salespeople. They were clearly rattled by her behavior. She had hand signals like a baseball coach where she would direct staff from the other side of the glass doors. I will not be visiting again. Instead visit Helzberg next door where I spent 10x the money. So disappointed in this sales manager behavior. To the point I asked the staff if they were ok. If I hadn't promised a specific engraved gift, I would have happily left. Subpar jewerly, subpar leadership. Date of visit, 12/19, evening.

Amal helped me so much! She is the store manager in Santan location. She was helping out in Scottsdale. My girlfriend and I are so happy we had her help. She provided us with great customer service. I will definitely come back to purchase more jewelry from pandora since we had a great experience! Thank you Amal!

I bought my Fiance a beautiful pandora bracelet but got the size wrong at the Tucson mall. I live near the Santan location. Night and day customer service! The woman at Santan was amazing I even bought more charms cuz she was so awesome! Great place!

If I could give this pandora a zero star I would the assistant manager jade is not professional at all and she called me and my husband a “liar” upon exchanging an item . I will never go to this pandora location again and will most definitely won’t recommend for anyone to come here .

Rude and unaccountable. I purchased several matching rings to give my mom, daughter sister and myself for Christmas. These purchases were made online at the end of October as I shop early for Christmas. The ring does not fit my daughter . Took it in to exchange and since it's past 30 days they will not exchange it for a size that fits. They did not greet us when we entered the store either. They told me to try to return it online. I didn't even want to return it, just exchange it. Your terrible exchange policy and rude sales people just lost a loyal customer.
