The manager is rude and you might have to put him in line sometimes. He can be nice to you but he is the type of a person that will stab you in the back if you cross his path. As for the staff super kind and caring people they thrive to help and maintain everything they you may need in a pawn shop . They are super helpful just a great group of people except the manager

Asian lady usually makes a call for a layaway payment but only picks and chooses who and when to call and how much is on the layaway so the more deposit the more you lose

Bought a laptop for school, works great. I don’t usually go into pawnshops this was actually my first time, great customer service everyone was wonderful and polite even being there as the last customer of the day, I wasn’t rushed or anything by the employees. Definitely recommend!

I don't go to Pawnshop's much, not saying there are bad places, but most of the stuff is either stolen or overused. I also know my precious metals, my. Dad owned a gold Mining business for 20 years. So I knew this object I had was silver. How much silver? I don't know, when I entered the shop looked like crazy town when I was in there, someone told me that they had just been robbed and someone drove a truck through their wall.That's too bad but this object.I had.I was told that it was not silver that it was silver ware.....lol I know. It's called state house. That's the brand but it's also silver. Maybe only 70% maybe 80, but it's silver.
I know myself that it was made with nickel , but there's also quite a bit of silver in So after they got the expert to come out and tell me that it was not silver And that his magnet was making it move.Magnets are okay but I Would rather use some type of acid to tell me what kind of metal i'm dealing with Apparently they don't do that.There either.not educated in it or they have destroyed someone Jewelry , not knowing what they're doing maybe????? I'm only saying that Because they told me what I had was not silver So on that note It weighed twenty six grams I drove it down the Street to the gold and silver specialist That tested it And also paid me a good Amount for what silver it was I didn't get $26.Like I thought I might have been twenty six grams but I did get 17.00 And I was okay with that.I found the piece in a bag of bulk jewelry.I bought and I paid less for the bag of bulk jewelry so it's a good deal.Sorry for the one star .Maybe try to give a little more and beyond with your customers.And not Tell them they have something thats fake when you You should take a little bit more time surveying the metal. Thank you again.I will no longer need your services all righty then Bye bye now.

The people here do not know what they are doing. They offered me a 60 dollar loan on a $1200 guitar amp. They had nothing to test it with and no knowledge of how to test it. Do not go here!

Beware of selling firearms, the employees at this location flagged me multiple times by pointing the barrel of my own firearm at me and could not figure out how to take a magazine out and didn’t ask for help. Extremely unprofessional and un safe

The folks that work at this local of Pawn first in Gilbert are unbelievable and absolutely the best. Very reputable. They are kind, patience and willing to take their time with me with patience and understanding. It’s been a wonderful experience here and I would highly recommend this Location of Pawn First.

Sadly, I love this pawnshop especially the Scottsdale location but this one was not it. My husband and I came in yesterday and talked to a bald gentleman that was very helpful and let us look at this Cuban chain that was around 4K. I told him that I would probably be back with one of my Chanel bags for a trade and he said that that would be fine. I came back today and saw a guy with glasses that was working there and I told him that I had a Chanel to trade to the Cuban. He kind of chuckled and said yeah you’re gonna trade a bag for gold? I told him that it was a limited edition Chanel and I had the receipts in the bag was close to $10,000 I even had it in the original dust cover in box he said the closest thing I would pay for something like that is $1000. He didn’t even look at the bag or look it up or anything. I told him that it was going for used close to 5000 so if we could meet somewhere closer to that to trade for the gold I would be willing to do so he didn’t even look at the bag at all. It was just like no we’re not interested. Thank you, he was extremely rude compared to the guy that I saw yesterday. I wish I just went back to the other guy originally.

I bought a laptop for Christmas for my wife, and I tried to set it up myself but wasn't successful. I took it back because I bought the warranty and they traded it for a better model same price and a 30 day warranty for the same price. I couldn't ask for better service. I will be back here. Excellent shop with excellent associates.
