The office runs very smoothly. The whole app is less than an hour. Dr. Vega is amazing. I have seen her for years. I am happy I found her. She truly cares about your vision health.

Not a great experience. I begin by completing my pre-appointment paperwork which includes asking if you would like the additional retina scans ($39). As a regular eye appointment younger individual i declined as i was previously told every other year is appropriate for me due to eye health/age. When i get pulled back by the eye tech, he began having me “put your eye here, now here, now here”, before I knew it, I realized he had done the $39 scan without even telling me. Feeling uncomfortable and frustrated, i took my concerns to the front receptionist and informed her i did not and do not want that. She spent a minute trying to sell me on it which i had to stand my ground and decline even as she said there could be a chance a mole was growing back there and making me blind (pretty frustrating sales tactic as I work in healthcare). The rest of the appointment didn’t go well, waited 30+ minutes for the provider while the sales staff tried to sell me on overpriced glasses that aren’t even labeled because they know the prices are comical. The eye exam with the provider was just as disappointing. The mirror on the wall seemed off, the chair wasn’t straight on to the mirror, the lens of the machine kept fogging up. I left with a prescription nearly double my last and the provider didn’t even have me try both eyes together to see if i could see. I ordered a pair of glasses of zenni to see how bad the prescription really is, will follow up.
It is difficult to find a good ophthalmologist around the area, this visit further proved that.

This was my first time to this location. It was clean & neat and not busy. One of the gentleman that works in the front helped me fit my glasses that were bent that I brought in from home. I had to take my 4.5 month old son with me. Everyone was very accommodating especially the doctor. My son started to cry during my exam and the doctor was patient and helpful which eased my Mom anxiety tremendously. She also recommended a pediatric optometrist for my kids.
The Doctor is amazing! She is friendly, and thorough. I never felt rushed, she asked me questions & asked if I had questions. She offered a newer comparable contact for me that was a lot cheaper and had a rebate on it! They also price matched my contacts at Costco where I was going to take my prescription so with all the savings I had, I ordered a year supply of contacts from Pearle Vision!
I had a great experience here & will be back!

The eye exam was great and thorough. However, when looking at glasses I was given a very high price even with my insurance and was told I had the “lowest” plan with my company. I actually have the premier plan so I was very confused. After getting quoted over $600 for only the lens, I decided to go somewhere else. The cost for my glasses with lens, frames and the whole package? $226. I don’t know if they are just extremely over priced or my insurance wasn’t added in. Something was very off.

Had my first eye exam with this office and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Dr Hernandez and her team were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this office. Will be coming back for future needs.

She got me in within 15, 20 minutes, and glasses were reordered with new prescription, easy
