Took my newly adopted Lab for a bath. What a wonderful and helpful experience. They were so nice and helpful. Showed me how to work everything and made sure I had the right shampoo. Helloed me pick out traing treats and even tried to find the right toy for the pup. Highly recommend the Pet Planet at Cooley Station.

Clean store. Store Associates knowledgeable and clear communicators. Associates call to reserve food if dog eats Specialty Food.

I loved the kindness and positive energy from the staff. I felt welcomed and acknowledged immediately upon entering the doors. I also saw a level of respect and cooperation between manager and employee, which is important for successful work relationships.

Always nice people there and lots of products. They were running low on the dog food that I buy though they said they would get some in next week but that's okay . Been going there for years

I started shopping at pet planet a year ago. During this time I became friendly with several of the associates. Since May 2023 Cooley station location has had mass turn over of employees (6 I got to know). As an HR administrator this shows failure in management when you cannot retain employees. When I ask some of the employees they stated that corporation does not care and discard all their concerns. At one time I had walked in and an employee was crying and the manager talked to me, as if I was a child using a baby voice. That was extremely unprofessional of the manager and while I do not know why the employee was crying I am sure it had everything to do with the poor management. Additionally, the employees I got to know and who have all left were Helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot continue to support a business who refuses to see their failures when it comes to supporting their employees.

I highly don’t recommend this company. The management here is a joke. They are rude and they don’t care about their employees. They only care abt making a sale. They have such a high turnover rate because if this. The manager there likes to belittle employees and talk about them behind their backs. Upper management is just as bad.

If I could give a zero star review I would they are very disrespectful to their employees to the point where most of them are quitting the managers talk down on their employees to other employees around customers, which extremely disrespectful and rude.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. This business is ran by unprofessional management that leaves employees & customers in bad situations. The current state of this location is a mess. With how many turnover rates there are I am not surprised. Business is doing bad, they're not making enough money to hold up their own store up. This has led to upper management "acting out" due to the stress they are under. When I began working for Pet Planet there was a lot of hear say to begin with, but I ignored them & that was my mistake. They offered empty promises, getting promoted, getting a raise, though it is not dependable. Please support locally owned pet businesses instead & do yourself a favor. These are franchises, NOT LOCALLY OWNED! REMEMBER THAT!
