Only petsmart in the area that’s still carrying authority and simply nourish, plus staff was nice enough to hold something for me from over the phone. Some other locations have been awful and I’m so thankful this petsmart was kind and efficient!

My boyfriend and I adopted two guinea pigs a few months ago and we come to this location often. Kessa is incredible!! Every time we come in, she helps us find exactly what we need. Her customer service is excellent!!

They wouldn't take back unopened lights purchased earlier this year. It turns out they "get rid of" receipts after 60 days and will not let you return it no matter what unless you have copy of the receipt with you. Word of advice: Have EVERY receipt emailed to you. I thought it did it automatically but it doesn't. And I also didn't know about the 60 day policy. Really disappointed....

The veterinarian office here was INCREDIBLE. I will be coming back here for life. Didn’t try to sell me unnecessary addons and tried to get me the best price for my two dogs. My girls were so nervous (never been inside a store before) and the nurses and vet were so sweet and took full advantage of my tip that they were very food driven. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. My G'ma had a million and one question which the groomers and cashier were more than accommodating in answering her questions and trying to understand her requests. I am very appreciative of the staff's willingness to help and patience with my G'ma and her little dog Chloe. We will definitely be returning here for grooming and more! 😁 ✨

A gentleman staff was very helpful and informed. Helped me find small dog treats with quality ingredients. Complimented me for reading contents and knowing what to look for. I like this location best, been there before. Definitely recommend them and this location.

I usually love this location & have been bringing my dog to get the Pawdicure here for years... However, it seems like the groomers haven't been completing the full package the last few times. (And I haven't been notified of any problem with my dog's behavior that would prevent anything)
If you're a natural people pleaser or introvert who won't speak up (like me), I would only schedule for the nail trim & grind instead of the Pawdicure packages. Might as well save the money & skip the extras that may not be done.
