Great place to workout simply. Staff is very friendly and helpful, gym is clean and well maintained, and it's very affordable in comparison to other gyms. No frills, but that's not a negative. You don't have to pay for things a lot of us don't use. I'm very happy with my experience there.

I've never been here when it's too busy. Always able to find parking, machines that I want to use when I am ready to use them, and have never had anyone rush me or waiting for me to get off of a piece of equipment.
