It has been very long since I have been impressed with the performance of a service provider. In the demise of customer service it is more and more rare to encounter companies that are committed to excellence, Plexus Technology surpasses expectations! Having an IT firm as well-organized as Plexus has allowed us to increase our productivity by freeing up time spent in solving technology issues. Their proactive approach has allowed us to avoid problems rather than dealing with them when they happen. And when there is an issue, the team is quickly there for us. They are highly responsive, extremely knowledgeable and really care about customers. Protecting our company data is critical in our line of work, we can rely on Plexus because they understand the needs of small businesses. I cannot recommend Plexus Technology enough, I am not just a customer, I am a raving fan!

Our organization started working with Plexus in September 2021. The time, work, and effort they have put in to assisting us with all of our IT needs (and more) has been incredible. Chris took my urgent call and solved a networking problem created by the printer vendor. He advised me to purchase a Ethernet connector that solved the problem completely and even sent me the Best Buy web listing to make purchasing the equipment seemless. I will not forget his ability and professionalism.

These guys are AMAZING! I am sure many of you know it can be hard to get an IT company to respond quickly. These guys are on top of it. They take care of our issues quickly and actually fix the problems so we do not have them again. If they cannot remote in and fix it right away, they are knocking on our office door within 30 min. When you get this kind of quality service and for an amazing monthly flat rate, you CANNOT BEAT IT!
