This is the most beautiful furniture store with a large warehouse area that has its goods expertly arranged in an inspiring fashion. The store also carries unusual decotive products, upscale beauty items, rugs, and many other things of interest. There are also two set-ups for tiny houses that I found very engaging. Coming to this store makes we want to discard my old furniture and re-decorate my entire place with the beautiful items on display!

Used their location for U-Haul services and was delighted to know there are great business still in existence. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will recommend to anyone regarding rentals. Also their showroom is eclectic and quality. Will recommend to anyone looking for furniture as well.

My wife and I have been shopping for the perfect sideboard to help complete furnishing our house. This was our first visit to the Furniture Brat. We were warmly greeted by Sassy and Mark and we found the perfect piece for our home. We ended up buying a number of unique items. If you're looking for quality pieces that you're not going to find at your neighbor's house, I would definitely recommend putting the Furniture Brat on your must visit list.

So many nice things to say about this store! First of all it is beautiful! They have some unique and desirable pieces of furniture and decor. I wanted to hire them just to decorate my house! For someone who usually shops discounted, I didn’t think that the price on furniture wasn’t too bad considering the quality and unique designs. I haven’t purchased any furniture yet but I did shop in their retail space for gifts. I loved everything in the store!Second, their customer service! The owner Mark was very friendly and helpful. When I returned a week a later after my first visit he remembered me and welcomed me back which I can appreciate. Thank you Mark!A tip, there is a charge fee for using your credit card so if you plan to purchase something bring cash or debit card to save some money. ?I will be back!

Sassy, Mark and the fam are amazing!! The quality of products, value, customer service and experience is truly second to NONE! They say "spoil yourself" and they truly mean it. This is the place, to the extent that we've just bought a place in North Carolina and am so excited to have Sassy and the team design our interior furnishings and make our new place truly special! MURICA!

Fantastic family owned, local business with quality, unique pieces of furniture, art, gifts, etc. They even have multiple shipping containers converted into mini homes to tour. Go check them out!

My husband and I came when we were shopping for dining sets. They didn’t have what we needed, but we liked the store and will return in the future for different furniture needs. The gentleman at the front was warm and inviting to us and never made us feel pressured. Also, the showroom had some beautiful seasonal decor which we loved. Just a nice touch!

Rude disrespectful staff. My daughter came to buy furniture for her 2 daughters' bedrooms, and they were rudely kicked out from the store. If you want to be abused and humiliated, this store is for you.Updated after the owner's response: yep, they didn't notice this warning about 12 year old kids, it doesn't look like American style in 21-th century, but this is your store and you can treat the customers the way you want. Just don't expect us to be your customers. There are plenty of stores in Valley. This warning was not noticed, my daughter was inside with 2 girls and her husband, they picked the furniture, the girls were impressed and made their choice pretty quickly, her husband left to pay for the purchase and to order a U-Haul truck for delivery, while some woman jumped out from nowhere and said they cannot be inside the store, practically pushed them out, while following them step by step and commenting. Then when they were outside the doors, humiliated, she returned to the store and cancelled both the purchase and the delivery, that was about to happen. Congrats, you got a very reliable staff and you just lost tens of thousands of dollars and many potential future customers. Great job on your end! Yep, this is your store and you can treat us as badly as you want, but we won't bring our business and our money to you. Case closed. Yep, the children are all different, but don't start a business if you are afraid of your clients. There 2 girls are A-Students in an very advanced school and know the rules. Again, this is your choice and you and your staff made it. Good luck with your business!

They operate the Neighborhood UHaul and refunded some of the money I had spent on the extra gas. I also left my hat there on accident, and they reached out to me to help me get it back. Great customer service, will be pursuing my furniture needs with them.

Purchased a kitchen table. The owner, Kathy, tried to have me buy chairs and leave a hefty "deposit" which was non refundable before even knowing the actual price. I also bought an alpaca fur teddy bear. The price tag read $50. The tag was cut off while the bear was wrapped. When she was writing up the invoice she tried to charge me $75. After going back and forth I asked to have her son (whom cut the tag off) find the tag to confirm. She was not happy about finding the "mismarked" price that was in her daughter's writing. Even with the originalprice tag in front of her she still tried to charge me $55. When I called her out in this she acted like a 5 year old having a temper tantrum and scribbled the correct amount on my invoice. I should have walked away at the first sign of trouble. Husband 'Mark is very nice and personable but I would not recommend and will not be going back myself.
