Best dealership I’ve been to so far. Super friendly, helpful, and patient staff. One of my biggest issues with dealerships is always feeling like I’m being hustled. Not here. They strive for customer happiness and comfortability. Raymond was fabulous in helping us find exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. We’re super happy and will be back for our next car as well!

A little high pressure, but they are here to sell cars. And I needed to buy one. Good overall experience. They even work to get you insured before you drive off the lot. Manuel Meza was very personable, professional, and willing to explain things.

Horrible waist of time. MUST HAVE COSIGNER....even if u don't want one. False advertising to get you in the door. Repeat DO NOT GO TO FRAUD. truly a car salesman scam .. I came all the way from Glendale to the Mesa office and spoke to a representative on the phone before catching bus, then train and another bus to dealers who flat out lied about qualifications. I let the office know and showed proof of deception and was told that's how they get customers in the door. Sad ? world is bad enough right now without companies like this.

We have had the best experience here at premier! Rainey is an outstanding sales person. She is very knowledgeable and eager to answer all questions we had. Had an awesome experience with getting a new car. Raymond went above and beyond to help put me into a new car. Even with all the hoops that were needed to get through Raymond made the process as easy as possible.Definitely would recommend!!!!

The mother of my kids went to this dealership to buy a car early October. Somehow she was ONLY able to be approved for a $20,000 2020 dodge caravan at $700 a month. We said ok and got the van. This was October 9th I. Come October 22, the transmission went out. It hadn't even been driven more than a few hundred miles. We take it to their service center same day. It was diagnosed as needing a 'new transmission' which their own service info states they're putting in a used transmission. Now fast forward to today. It is December 7th. We still don't have our van. Every single time we call them, and it takes quite some effort just to get someone on the phone, the completion date is pushed back. And every single time, their excuse has something to do with their scheduling. Including "one of our techs is going on vacation". I find it very hard to figure out how YOUR scheduling issues have anything to do with my van being put on the back burner for an entire month and a half. But alas, here we are. We were not offered a loaner despite having just bought this van from them. It took over a month of fighting for them to finally offer a rental, which at this point is just disrespectful because why don't we have our van back yet??? What kind of technicians do y'all have working there that it takes a month and a half to replace a transmission. At no point in time has the parts been an issue, they've had the USED transmission they're putting in it nearly this entire time. This is our ONLY family vehicle. Not having this vehicle has costs us ALOT of money, and has also cost me a whole job opportunity in itself BECAUSE WE DIDNT HAVE A VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT OUR FAMILY ANYWHERE. And what drew the line for me to finally leave this review was the fact that it was suppose to be finished 2 days ago. I called 2 days ago, they got back to me 6 hours later saying they had a meeting that ran all day and the van wouldn't be done until yesterday. I called yesterday, no answer. No call back. No van. I call today, and they have the nerve to tell me END OF THE WEEK now, because a tech called out ??? This is fucking madness. There has been zero urgency to get our JUST PURCHASED 20,000 vehicle back in our hands, and they genuinely don't seem to care when it gets done! I 1000% would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. But god forbid if you already have, and your vehicle needs work, DO NOT TAKE IT TO THEIR SERVICE CENTER. You'll have it done sooner if you and YouTube do it yourself.

This dealership sold my son (first time buyer) a car at $3k over bluebook. Then a month later when the car wouldn't start they refused to even look at the car to see what the problem was. My son called them several times with no return phone call. Awful way of doing business. I know my son should have known what he was getting into but this place completely took advantage of him.
