We relocated from Cassa Grande to Mesa. This was the first time we decided to use movers, from start to finish it was smooth. Harry coronated everything, he answered all my questions and made the move easy. Oscar,Jesse & Gabe showed up as scheduled and were very fast. They we all great and hilarious I may add!!
The whole process was smooth and their prices for the amount of work and how fast it was done was well worth it. Definitely recommend them for your move!! Thank you guys!

The trailer with 6,200 # of my household goods was to arrive between 5/29 - 6/11.The trailer arrived on 6/25,they sent me a very small compensation check,for my inconvenience.When unpacking,I noticed several boxes were missing.Filed a claim starting on 7/22,they were sending out a trace to see if it was delivered to the wrong address.I called the claims office every two weeks.After one month speaking with a person who had no answers to my questions.Clearing had NO interest,nor knowledge of finding my lost boxes.I will never recommend them to anyone.

I was very nervous as I have heard of terrible horror stories of long distance movers however, premier van and storage made everything easier and less stressful. I highly recommend premier van and storage. Everything was very clear , and there are no hidden fees or deposits like other moving companies. The communication was great on all ends. My stuff even came faster than expected and there are no damages. I am highly satisfied.

Harry was very professional and Clear in his initial presentation outlining the whole process. He did not try to hard sell, which was a welcome change from other movers I spoke with. His crew picked up my goods on the day I wanted and stored them in his warehouse for 10 days...waiting for the National Van lines to find a driver. He also brought free boxes to my home which I appreciated. The bottom line is I would use his company again and recommend them.

I do not recommend. We had a terrible experience with this mover. They contract their labor with what I consider careless packers and movers. They caused quite a bit of damage. We had the highest levels of carrier liability with $0 deductible and $125,000 maximum level of protection. That's full replacement value protection and the most comprehensive plan available. They were obligated to compensate to repair or restore, but that didn't happen. We also purchased the full service VIP option that included full packing, crating and uncrating, and a $50,000 damage protection policy. All apparently worthless.Premier is an agent for National Van Lines. National reimbursed us for only 16% of the amount of our claim. And they declined to reply to any of my notes to them. Careless damages, lack of compensation, and lack of communication. Seems like you should be able to do a lot better.

I used Premier Van and Storage and worked with Harry Goldman, Harry first helped me move from Chandler, AZ, to Seattle, WA then coordinated my move from Seattle to New Jersey. The crew showed up on time and packed up my 2000 sq ft home in what seemed like no time, they're quick, but also very careful with everything, not a single item was damaged or broken between PHX and Seattle. Working with Harry is amazing, he's honest and takes full accountability from A-Z for the move. Many times i called Harry with questions and concerns, if he didn't pick up my call, he called me back within 5-10 minutes every time. Pricing was better than the competitors, combine that with the great customer service and professionalism from him and his crew and there's nobody that comes close. Thank you Harry for helping me move around the country.

This is an amazing moving company they deliver everything on time with no deposit you have the option to pay once your things are deliver too you in you don't have to worry about being scam either

Fantastic! We had household goods stored for several months as we completed an out-of-state move. We had arranged for a date months before we moved. This date was confirmed well in advance, and the time confirmed by the driver a day or two before. The showed up early (yea!), were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with advice on which pieces of furniture should go where. I'd rate them six stars or more if that were an option. Also a shout-out to Harry Goldman who coordinated everything. We've used him several times and he's the best!
