Priority Pet Hospital has always gone above and beyond for us. We have been with them for years, and most of our experiences have had to involve last minute emergency appointments. Even when they have no availability they have been able to squeeze us in and Dr. Burns has never ever made us feel rushed, she gives full attention and concern every single time. She is so good about calling us to check on our dog and to talk through any potential options or outcomes. I can't tell you how much we appreciate your honest and realistic approach and advice to how to approach scary and overwhelming situations because she has saved us time and again from having to do or go through more than we need to. When our pup was very young and had a mystery illness that we didn't think she'd survive, Dr. Burns called me morning and evening every day, and let me stop on in when I needed to with her. The staff has always been so kind and the vet techs have always given special attention to our Lucy. They've always known how to handle her best, even when I wasn't sure how they were going to be able to do a certain procedure with her. It's a great team of very caring people.

Love it here! My pup Forest is taken care of so well and all the staff knows him by name. Everyone is so friendly including Dr. Michael who is highly professional and great at what she does. They send text reminders before appointments and are sure to check-in on the health of your pet afterward too. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing practice! pug was attacked and Dr. Nicholson perform surgery and after a dire situation, with weekly check-ins, is completely fine and thriving - thanks to this practice. I highly recommend them. Their dedication and care for my pet exceeded my expectations. They are incredible at what they do.

Took my boston terrier tonight and had a great experience! The staff all around was super friendly and answered all my questions. They were able to squeeze my dog in quickly which was also convenient and I appreciate that. Definitely will be coming back for future appts with my dog. My dog really like doctor Michelle (I believe that was her name) and the techs! They made my dog feel comfortable and weren’t too intrusive at first and allowed her to adjust. Overall great visit thanks guys ?

We had a terrible unexpected accident my little dog of nearly 16 years drowned. We were met with love and care from Tiffany who was at the front desk. We were bawling babies and she was kind, caring, and patient. She just made the whole awful experience better while we made the decision to cremate her. Thank you Tiffany!

Great first visit. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from the reception desk to the technicians to the veterinarian. They explained everything, gave recommendations and options. I could not be more satisfied.

This was our initial visit with our 2 fur babies! The office was clean. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant! I loved that everything is done in the room with me there. I especially appreciated the entrance and exit are different and well distinguished. A pleasant and friendly experience! Highly recommend.

We took our aging dog in for some issues and the service and care here was top notch. Their pricing was great. Dr. Allison Michaels is amazing. I recommend them to anyone.
