I just finished moving my stuff out of here after storing for about a year and a half. I have to say, Christina, the absolute gem and pillar of awesome she is, made sure that I had as few issues as possible. And when I did have an issue, she immediately took measures to give me information or physical assistance in terms of bringing carts. I'm very, very satisfied with the absolute customer service legend that works here, and, if in the future I have any storage needs, I'll definitely be returning to here again, solely from Christina's efforts, friendly demeanor, and overall amazing support given. Storing stuff usually isn't something that people want to do, but more have to do. She took an inconvenience and made it both convenient and welcoming.

July 13 - I reserved a storage online then in to complete the reservation and use the storage. Taylor helped me choose a unit that AA conveniently located inside. Taylor was friendly, fast and kind. She was going to take us to the storage but I explained that was not necessary. The facility had moving supplies from
Boxes to tape and packaging paper.

They have awful customer service. They raise rates in a bait and switch type way. Each time I stop by to talk to them they are never there and they do not respond to voicemails.

We’ve experienced a nearly 50% increase in our storage unit rate within just three months. What started at $178/month went to $197, and now suddenly jumped to $290. Don’t be misled by their low introductory rates—it’s a bait-and-switch.
Getting in touch with the property manager or even using their online chat is next to impossible. When we did reach someone, we were told they could raise prices however much they wanted and that nothing could be done.
On top of that, the facility is outdated. The gate access through their app is unreliable, and many unit doors are partially blocked or hard to access due to barriers and size.
Not worth the hassle or the price.

Christina in the front office goes above and beyond to make sure clients at this location are taken care of! I went into the office fully expecting to have a difficult conversation without much hope of a positive resolution and not only did she answer all of my questions in a concise, professional manner, she was also able to provide multiple solutions in order to meet our needs and keep us as a client - Thanks so much again, Christina!
