My interaction with the main office of Public Storage here in Mesa with Michelle, was not accurate. The information that Michelle gave me did not apply to the location where I did get a unit. I was not made aware of the insurance requirements or the need for buying the special lock required. BUT, my interaction with Tameron at the site was awesome. Tameron took the time to explain everything, show me the unit and how the facility worked. KUDOS to Tameron-not so much for Michelle!
