Went in today (9-4-25) to get a larger storage unit and was assisted very professionally and cheerfully by Debbie (a floater -- the normal attendant had a day off). She showed me two units and banged out the paperwork in short order. Explained some things that needed explaining, wrote down all the new numbers for me, and bade me a good day. Nice facility and helpful staff.

My experience has been absolutely horrible. Nobody is ever at the location and the app doesn't work to pay. I received a letter in the mail saying they are going to auction my belongings. To top it off they added a $49 lien fee to auction my belongings. I would explore my options before renting here.

Gabby is awesome!!
We used our unit for a couple of months while we were moving to hold some extra items. We ended the rental on the Public Storage app, but we had forgotten to remove our personal lock from the unit.
Because the lock was still on, we were still billed for the next month. However, after a call to the manager, Gabby, we were immediately relieved by her flexibility and drive to correct the issue. I paid a quick visit to remove the lock, and she had chat with her district manager. Sorted!
