I stopped in the office to ask a few questions about the size storage that I need, Khy and Carla were amazing and so helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. The location itself is very well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend coming to this location!

I am 93 years old and I had stopped in this location a last week and spoke with Carla. Carla was amazing, she was so patient with me and very professional. Will be going back to rent a unit from Carla when the time comes. Thank you again for all your help Carla. Great customer service goes a long way.

Thank you so much to Cayman at Public Storage on Chandler Heights. I am new to this area and I have had nothing but bad experience after bad experience with these storage places out here but Cayman made the process super easy and answered all of my questions. The customer service at this location is unmatched. Carla is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they offer. She took the time to show me around the facility and let me make the choice from options she provided. I feel comfortable leaving my items at this storage knowing Carla is there.
