I have used RMK multiple times and always had a great experience. From their office staff to their installers the entire team does a phenomenal job and provides superb service. I especially appreciated Victor as went above and beyond making sure we were happy with the final product.

Ordered 4 windows. They arrived pretty quickly, BUT no one warned me that they leak, apparently this is “normal” for vinyl windows, which already sounds ridiculous. Jake was very pushy and kept trying to sell us the most expensive doors, claiming they didn’t carry any other brands. The technicians also installed one window incorrectly, so their supervisor had to come out and fix it, which took another two hours. Victor was really nice and genuinely tried to help, but overall, I don’t recommend this company.

These guys know what they are doing. They made a big project installing large stackable sliding doors look easy. Very fair price and Brian made sure the job was done perfect. Very happy. Opening a walk with glass doors is a game changer for your home.

Every interaction we’ve had with RMK Windows has been excellent. The team is friendly, reasonably priced, and quick to respond whenever we’ve needed help. Most recently, Victor came out to reinstall a problem window that was leaking, and not only did he fix it correctly, but he even returned later to replace a small part on my son’s window that had broken. That kind of care and attention is rare — these are exactly the types of companies you want to do business with. Highly recommend RMK Windows!

I had RMK windows installed with a big remodeling project I did about three years ago. I was having an issue with my 16 foot slider. So I called my contractor and he sent out a gentleman from RMK Windows by the name of Victor Fernandez. I really can’t say enough good things about Victor. He spent a lot of time getting everything absolutely straight and clean and working perfectly. Seems like they’re brand new again! These guys are located in Gilbert. Worth checking out…great windows/great service/great warranty. No charge today. Yay!!!

We had an appointment at 8 am, and they didn't show up until 8:10am. They didn't call or text ahead to notify me that they would be running late. Why would I want to do business with someone that can't even have the courtesy of notifying me that they are going to be late? If you are late on the first meeting and have no communication, that makes me think it will definitely happen again during the process. No thanks.

I want to thank RMK Windows/marketing director rep for replacing the windows in my house. Kenny knew exactly how to do my windows even though they were covered with shutters. He was able to change the windows without removing the shutters. That was great. I also want to thank Victor for a sash replacement. Great job.

They stopped by our house using the old tactic of offering to use our home as a model to advertise their company, promising the best pricing since they don’t spend on other advertising. I’ve worked with marketing companies my whole life, so I initially fell for it. We had them give us a quote, but I also reached out to other window companies, and their quotes—same quality windows—ended up being the same price. I brought this up to them, and they said they would talk to the owner to see what they could do, but it’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t heard back. Honestly, I don’t know who still falls for these old marketing tricks—do your own research!

Not a good experience. Job unfinished. Sending photos to Utah and mesa. Brian was to finish caulking, sanding and filling holes prior to my staining. He never called or returned. John lied and said he never said that. My wife agreed to pay the balance. This will be shared. Photos follow! Horrible! DWC

He went out of his way to help me with a door situation—It’s been such a great experience working with him so far, and I’m genuinely looking forward to getting my window installed!

Excellent work!!! Installers did a GREAT job and helped me with other small sliding glass door issue. They went over and beyond to help me! Only had one window replaced but they worked quickly and diligently. Very nice and professional. Will definitely use RMK again for more windows down the road.
