Friendly staff. Clean environment. You never have to ask for the senior discount on Tuesdays. The staff very politely either ask you, or just automatically use it.

I really don't like posting bad reviews. However, I felt compelled to do so.
I've been shopping at Ross for years. I absolutely love Ross. I usually shop at the one located on Val Vista and Warner as it's pretty close to my home. I want to start this off by saying that the staff in the front part of the building are always friendly and helpful. They always smile and greet you when you first walk through the door. So no issues there.
Here's where the one star comes into place. My daughter and I went there today school shopping for clothes. She needed to try on a pair of shorts. When we walked up to the fitting rooms, there was no one there. I told her to just walk in and try it on.
An older lady approaches (she seemed agitated) saying that my daughter needed a number. I explained that nobody was there so she just went in. Now, I didn't mind that first part. However, she became ever more rude with me. I then said that she was being very unkind. Even the lady behind me scoffed and said, "wow, it takes all kinds." I also noticed that she wasn't real friendly with the other customers. She just looks like a miserable person. Stay at home if you hate your job!
How can a store have so many nice employees and one rude one? It's disappointing and ruins the whole shopping experience.

Love this store for the amazing bargains, even on designer clothes and purses. I found a formal dress on clearance for under $8! How can you beat that?

My First Visit at this Ross location was Amazing ? First off, the Store itself was Very Clean & Well Organized. ? Secondly, the Staff was Great ? from being Greeted at the door to the Wonderful Cashier who helped my check out. ? Last, but definitely not Least, found a Great Deal on what I was looking for, as well another item.If you haven't been Into your Neighborhood Ross I Highly Recommend stopping in.

I'm going to 110% real with you, but Ross isn't ever a choice for me to ever just "pop in," but I was hoping to pick up some unique wall decor at a cheap cheap price with feeling like im walking out with bedbugs or fleas <-I'm sorry shoppers but the stores are ALWAYS just dirty... Well, low and behold, they had some fun, large & inexpensive pieces of artwork to finally put something above my king bed AND 3 prints which are each 60" x 22" for my large and never-ending wall in my master bedroom. OOOOHHHHHHHHH and picked thru their clearance isle to find these perfectly intact zebra/horseheads by "Indonesian Art Decor"Successful trip I must say
