I shop at this Ross often, and Tomas always stands out as one of the best employees there. He’s consistently helpful, professional, and kind every time I come in. One thing I really appreciate is that if there’s ever a line at the register, he’s quick to jump in and help keep things moving. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and goes above and beyond. Ross is lucky to have someone like Tomas on their team!

The dressing room situation is a real problem. I only come by this store on Fridays & Saturdays—prime shopping days. There are only two self-service dressing rooms, and people take more than 5 items in and spend a long time in them. I’ve been in the store for a hour & still can’t get in the dressing room. They say they don’t have enough staff to monitor the large dressing room.
Having someone hand out tags limiting how many items you can try on in the large dressing room isn’t the answer. Especially when almost everything already has a security tag on it anyway. What you’re losing out on is the customer experience. It’s frustrating to shop when you can’t even try things. Just open the larger dressing room in the back & rely on the security tags in place, and make it easier for people to buy—because right now, this setup is causing people (like me) to walk out empty-handed.

They always close earlier than any other location. I stopped even trying to go here and just go the extra distance to Queen creek or Mesa.
