1sr time I go to a Sally’s as soon as they open and the door is lock due to someone being late to work listen I had a close window to get stuff and I couldn’t so it was a little inconvenient for me and not ok especially 10 min late

Best customer service I had by far at Sally’s manager hailey was so helpful and always suggested items and was very professional about it super friendly definitely coming back here for my wifeys needs and mine 👍👍👍

My experience has always been positive at all the Sally stores, and I have been to quite a few across different states. The Gilbert Rd store was the only one where I felt so uncomfortable . The manager gave racist vibes and was aggressive. It is the only store closest to a big part of Chandler and Gilbert area but I guess I will have to try another one or choose online shopping only.

Sally’s beauty has the dumbest return policy. I attempted to return an item using an online receipt, but the staff member informed me that it couldn't be processed and that I needed a physical receipt. This defeats the purpose of offering online receipts if they can't be used for returns. Additionally, I had used a $5 coupon for another purchase, but I was told I wouldn't receive a new $5 coupon upon returning the item—only the price I paid after applying the coupon.

Walked in never was greeted, so there was only 3 people in the store. So I walked around waiting to see if I was going to be acknowledged and I was even after the others left. I started leaving and asked hello were you ever going to help me and she said sarcastically I was right now. I asked her name and her name is Cynthia and indicated I have been in the store just looking for some concealer and some lashes however everyone else you greeted but you did not greet me and she just shrudged her shoulders. I know I will not be visiting this Sally's again and will infirm others of my treatment.
I have a license as a cosmetologist within the State of Arizona, the state of Kansas, state of Missouri, and in the state of Atlanta.
I will let my other cosmetologist know how Sally's in Gilbert customer service are NOT attentive to African Americans. She clearly ? did not care.

Stay away from this location. They’re rude, on their phones and unhelpful with customers. They’re also clueless. My wife was explaining things to them that they didn’t know. Unbelievable.

Hours are incorrect on Yelp, closing time is 8pm. The workers are closing even earlier at 7:55p.

Garbage! Terrible service! Bought hair extensions from a very unprofessional person who neglected to tell me they were none refundable! Do not buy from this store or any Sally's location. The hair was thin and total garbage. There is no customer service or support. I suggest you buy your product from a reputable company and owner. This is NOT a stand up or stand out store. Poor service and bad products! I will not purchase another product from Sally's. This location has bad reviews for a reason! My fault for not paying attention! Hopefully this will prevent future purchases!

Super disappointed in how they fulfill online orders. First, I never received an email confirmation for my order, just a text for when it was received and ready for pick up. I drove 20 mins to the store and picked up my order. Got to my car only to realize 2 of my items were missing. I went back into the store to inquire about these 2 items, in which the girl at the counter got frazzled and told me they didn’t have them so they didn’t include them in my order. I let her know I never received any information about this change and had I known, I would’ve canceled the order and went to another Sallys. I asked her how it would work if I got an online promo and find the items at another Sallys, and she said nothing we can do, it’s an online promo only. Because of this, I asked if I could return all the items and just re-order them online at another Sallys. Honestly, in my opinion this was very unprofessionally handled and could’ve been avoided had I simply been notified of this change in the first place.

Walked in and it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of service. Staffed looked miserable and both young ladies were not very welcoming. I was looking for a specific hair color from the L'Oréal HiColor collection. I asked the staff if everything they had was on the floor or if they had anything in the back and she said everything was on the floor. Cool I chose a different color, a second client walked in and asked the same question and the staff member told her she would go to the back and check for her. What a joke

I recently visited Sally's Beauty Supply on Gilbert Rd, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The lack of support from the staff was quite noticeable, and it made my shopping trip less enjoyable. Surprisingly, despite the small number of customers (only one other person in the building), I didn't receive any help even after I asked specific about gray hair cover up for men's beards. I found what I wanted by searching online and just ordered it direct from Amazon. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future to provide a better shopping experience for everyone because it's business like this that is allowing it to be so my h more enjoyable to just shop online and bypass the lack of customer support and bad experience. Plus it's HOT in az - I could have stayed home for this!

As anyone with a toddler knows, getting them in and out of car seats for short trips is a HASSLE at best. I called the store and spoke to McKenzie, told her my situation, and asked if I can pull up to return an item and purchase others. She enthusiastically said yes, she understands how it is with a kid, and did the return for me and purchase while I sat in my car with my child. All while saying thank you for MY patience when she was the one doing me a favor. Now THATS what I call customer service ??

Marissa from this store is amazing. We have been getting the run around about a broken pair of clippers that was sold to my husband at the queen creek location. My husband stopped in this store today and told his story. She didn’t even hesitate to help him with this issue. She listened and was NOT on auto pilot like the corporate Sally beauty employees AND the employees from the other store. Great customer service is hard to find and we found it at this Gilbert location. Thank you for everything. We will take all of our business to this store.

Update your listing, website and email order confirmations to reflect the correct closing time. Your little sign on the door doesn't cut it. All of your listing show that you close at 8 pm. Your store was closed when I came to pick up my on line order at 7:10 tonight.
