Emily Kennedy has been my hairdresser for over 20 years and the best person you will ever meet. She can remember from the conversation from the last visit and shows she cares. I send people to her when they are looking for a hairdresser.

So I went here to get layers and highlights. She dyed my metal piece YELLOW instead of a lighter blonde than I wanted and um she didn't style my hair even though my mum paid for a styling. The haircut was uneven on the sides and not what I wanted. My mum didn't care even though I WAS CRYING about how ugly it looked. The hairdresser waited in the background and then asked if my mum would pay and my mum said yes and then we walked out of the salon while I was LITERALLY CRYING. Not a fun experience because now I need to get it fixed at another salon or dye it back or remove the hair color. Would NEVER recommend. Traumatized. I spent a whopping $55 at this haircut but that was with a coupon I got for Christmas from my mum. I was crying still on the ride home and yeah. My hair stylist went outside while my highlight things were drying to go smoke and then came back and sprayed like 5 spritz of perfume on her to cover it up. Nah and I got school on Monday imma get called peehead

DO NOT USE OUTER BEAUTY SALON!!! She botched my hair and then wouldn’t fix it on top of hidden charges. $240 later I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed!!! I wish I could put picture of all the harsh lines in my hair on top of brassy multi colored highlights!! I’ve never had my hair messed up this bad. Pretty sure my kid could do betterService: Balayage

I got my hair dyed with Madison Amenta, not only was she running an hour behind but she completely ruined my hair. When i expressed how i didn’t like it and it was nothing compared to what i asked for she said she couldn’t fix it unless my hair was “damaged”. i was charged $230 for orange hair. I then went to her instagram to see my before & after pictures to find out if i’ve been blocked. how professional. I wrote a review on my own instagram page to find out MULTIPLE girls have felt the same way about her. she is a TERRIBLE unprofessional hair stylist. 0/10 recommend.
