Costco stresses me out- there I said it, too many rules and too many agressive and overly zealous employees- not at Sam's! At Sam's I can use scan and go or their easy self checkout where I don't need to remove anything from my cart and be on my merry way. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. I usually come here for food as they have great deals on organic produce as well as pantry and household staples. Good food court options too! Have been surprised to find name brand items here at a deal including Crocs, Steve Madden shoes, Eddie Bauer shoes and designer perfumes. Love this place!

went here to pick up an order for my mom and the guest services dismissed me saying "it's on the other side" with zero other instructions. zero help. busy talking to other people about when they're off.

We needed to exchange a defective item and it was quick and painless. It's a decent warehouse store. Note: they do not offer relish with their hot dogs!!!! How un-American!

Sam's club is usually a good store and usually always has good deals so grocery store wise there pretty good and usually have some cool things. But food wise the little Cafe or restaurant they have is horrible the pizza is disgusting it's so stail and just tastes like one of those frozen pizzas you can get. so food wise there horrible.

Chip scanners at 2 self check out registers didn't work after trying multiple cards. Food court was over a 45 minute wait for 2 hot dogs & a slice of pepperoni. Both hot dog buns were broken & one dog fell out when we opened the wrapper. Ridiculous long wait, with complete chaos & confusion behind the food court counter. Our cold grocery items are no longer cold. I will be going to the Costco food court from now on. This place sucks. Also their parking lot surface is the roughest asphalt in all of Gilbert, my kids said it hurt them while riding in the cart & all the bouncing from the rough pavement broke a couple of our eggs.

I'm giving 3 starts today due to the customer service we received. My family went in to 1. renew our membership & 2 see about opening a business account. The first lady that greeted us was very nice, however she was going on lunch and passed us over to a gentlemen saying he was an "expert" at business accounts. However this man was just rude, he made comments asking my husband "do you only feed them once" speaking about my kids. Now this comment could have gone 1 of 2 ways which neither are acceptable ! One both my children are athletically built they are skinny and have muscle definition, or TWO he was being racist asking if we feed our mixed (black, white and Hispanic) kids once a day! HE WAS RUDE!!! THEN come to find out HE NEVER DID ANYTHING WITH THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!!! We waited a whole week and never heard anything back!! So we drove to another location were a women helped us out! Even though she was the only person working their and had a long line behind us she gave us her all her attention! she didn't rush the process she had sure she followed every step and completed everything!!! Thank you to her!!!

Anyone who left more than one star needs to get out more often. The worst experience of any store in the valley. Found some good buys and went to check out. Store was completely full of customers. One check out line. Line was so long I thought there was an oversight. Wrong. Found manager? Explained situation. Response was that's all there is. Costco I'm coming back.

Costco stresses me out. Every time I go to Sam's club I leave feeling happy. Parking is always a breeze, it's never crowded, great selection and you can self check out on your phone!

It is the best grocery store in the world I love it has everything you need. And ice cream is the best and it is cool in there and the backers are nice and they will do anything for you

Food court ladies have no desire to move the line of people along. They act they are talking a leisurely walk in the park. They don't care that people need to eat and get on with other tasks. I guess when you are paid by the hour there is no incentive to care about customers.

Sam's optical center,is either crazy with prices or incompetent people. Bought glasses last year for approximately $240.00. This year they want $375.00 for the same? No more deal at Sam's.

This store is always understaffed in my opinion. Although the inconvenience can be overlooked by the value tjhat you receive. But yesturday at 5:00 PM I atood in the return line with 12 other people while one staff memeber handled the entire department. Poor management.

Response from customer service. Good until they REFUSE to extend my membership by THREE DAYS. THREE DAYS. seems absurd to me
